    Just as a note about the PC Plate, it has been a few weeks since I first received it, as I received it with my original shipment. The envelope I showed is how it came inside other packaging, but I can't recall at this point if it was a padded envelope or a thin box that it came in.

      How long did it take for you to get yours I reserved mine 3 weeks ago

    • @Vellikos

      @@TheFinestJhe well, I was in batch one, but shipping was also messed up with that batch, so it took about 3 weeks to arrive after it finally shipped. Also, according to Glorious, they are still filling flex batch orders as more keyboards come in from manufacturing, so you should receive an email once yours is ready to ship if you haven't already. I can't imagine it would take more than 2 weeks to arrive like mine did, especially since the ice storm cleared up in Texas, and that was another factor slowing down my shipment

    Dude, you are the only one talking about the diffuser, because it can be annoying if you install it incorrectly. you are better than most of the keyboard RUclipsrs. very detailed, and very helpful. good job.

    Thank you for making this video; I simply followed along while disassembling my own GMMK Pro to remove their stock stabilizers, and enjoyed your commentary throughout the process! Don't worry about taking your time or "rambling", it was a lot more relaxing to sit through compared to scripted reviews.

    Thanks for the video. Just got mine! Stabs are super lubed...and sticky...seems like I'll have to take it apart and clean them out.

    finally got the gmmk pro, overlubed stabilizers, had to dissasemble and reassemble for nearly 3 hours because of the stabs. but now it sounds so good, even with old keycaps and switches

    What screw driver are you using?

    Thanks for the video. Any idea on where I might be able to pick up another stand off screw? When i was putting the screw back on, it snapped, so the standoff screw doesnt work anymore and I need a replacement. Currently i am mounting the board with just 1 standoff screw with no issues

    What screw driver bit size did you use for the disassembly? Great video!

      Sorry, I don't actually know -- I just used a Phillips head screwdriver that I had lying around

    Is every screw the same size

    • @Vellikos
      @Vellikos  3 года назад

      No, there are some screws you will want to keep separate: the case screws, the top and bottom edge plate screws, the side edge plate screws, and the two screws for the offsets between the plate and pcb

      @@DaggyBxtch Durocks are great, but they are incredibly tight in the stock plate, so much so that you need to file the plate to make them fit (I'm talking from painful experience)

    It's the top case thin? Looks thin !

    • @Vellikos
      @Vellikos  3 года назад

      It is thin, but not extraordinarily so. It seems about average, but where you will want to take care based on what I have heard from others is the sides of the top of the case that have the cutout for the light diffusers -- I have heard that those can be bent if you are not careful
