Love the videos Sean!!, but I do wish you showed chord diagrams sometimes. Sometimes (to me) listening and seeing where you fingers are is tough as they get all mashed together.
have just read the " a little about you " summary sean, and you don`t mention your comedic wit and sun dried humour ! which always provides plenty of distraction during these excellent eye opening lessons, good luck with the leather coat crusade ! 👍
If anyone does want a voicing for the half diminished chord in the key there's a pretty easy one which only uses three frets: fret 5 on D, fret 6 on G, fret 5 on B and fret 7 on high e.
Really love this advice. I love the key of 2020 as I will always know it and; to play all those chords so close together it’s so sensible but I had just not thought in that way. Great tip and thank you. Jonty
Funny, I perfected these chords this spring. Specifically a 1-6-2-5 progression. So fun and easy to play inside 3 frets :) I'll add the rest of the chords now. Thanks.
San Francisco Giants must of sponsored this video because he usually wears a LA Dodger hat if he wears a hat lol. I bet 100$ Sean D can’t name 1 player on the SF Giants!
And 1 additional great benefit is...LOL...you don't wear out your strings in the open cowboy 1st 3 frets on the neck! HaHa LOL! Great lesson! Johnny Danger
And if you've screwed up, it's easy to roll into the correct chord, making a sort of lick, and your band mates won't notice or think its great. Never done that, and I'll probably do it again. 8) JMHO --gary

Changing the camera angle would help.
If you know the keyboard and the triads in a chord you dont need chord diagrams they are only confusing,

Nice lesson, Sean! I've missed quite a few videos recently. When did you switch from rocking Dodgers gear(yay!) to Giants (boo!) gear?
Thanks I needed this.
Great lesson. How does this only have 23k views?! But: How about one with the root on the low E?
Sean: Finds the easiest way because he's working hard.
Me: Finds the easiest way because I'm lazy.
Thanks.🎸😀

This is good!
So simple and so useful 👌 awesome lesson!
I Sean, Just a thought, How would I play this format in the key of G without going to the 10th fret on the A?
When I'm not moving as little as possible I like moving as far as I can! Cheers Sean!!
are all scale patterns movable ?
Nice one, Sean :)
Thanks so much!
Dumb question >>>> Is there a pdf of cord chart for this?
And 1 additional great benefit is...LOL...you don't wear out your strings in the open cowboy 1st 3 frets on the neck!
HaHa LOL! Great lesson! Johnny Danger
Is danger your middle name too??
Great lesson. Can you run through the fingering of the 6th chord again here in comments?
Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe it’s
e-x
B-5
G-7
D-7
A-x
E-7
Awesome, but I wish you would show the chord diagram ❤

Usually I'm with you but not in this case. It sounds like you are playing in a jazz club.
save 3 mins of waffle - 3:00 he begins to show the chords.
Play speed on 0.75 will help y'all with slow brain like mine... lol
Dude, is that a Giants lid on your head? WTF?
Wanna see high and dramatic? Set the play speed to 0.75. 🤣
But all your videos are you driving all over Florida playing on the streets for change.
Please Sean try getting to the point!
Also, how are you able to take single syllable words into multiple syllables. You know you talk strange, right?
