Barely a year old my Submariner maxi case date wasn’t turning over till about 2am, not acceptable. Turned it in to be serviced and was returned in no longer than a month. Well done Rolex !!

Please don't have end of life for your watches. When they are passed down as the only things you have of your father or grandfather they become much more than just a watch. Please ensure you keep them running for generations like some other watch makers do.

I don’t want to polish my Rolex. Just lubricating the parts is all I want. Service is coming up for mine in 2026. But I want to keep the scratches to maintain the vintage look.
You can note on the paperwork you receive as an estimate that you don't want the watch polished.

It would be great that i could readily buy the watches I want instead of having to buy the ugly grandfather models to be put on the "list" to maybe have access to the "professional" models if i lick the boots of the AD. Keep this up and frustrate your potential buyers, you will do great long term!

Whats the point when you don't get a desired watch at a retail price?
Rolex has converted itself into a advertising company, instead of a watch making company
Authorised shop sell only air instead of watch. They also always say “i don’t know. just wait.” But after market such as chrono24, MANY MANY Rolex selling include too much premium.

The Dallas RSC is the best! Even during the pandemic I received my watches back in a reasonable amount of the time. The front desk is the best!
What is price on full service with refinishing and polishing?
Is there an option to just lubricate the movement. I don’t want a full finish polish on my watch. Just fix the movement if there are any issues, replace internal parts. Don’t replace the dial, lumes or front sapphire glass.
I wanted to maintain the vintage look as every scratch tells a story on my well worn Rolex op. It’s my first watch and has a sentimental value to me.

From this AD we know that:
1. Rolex is having difficulties getting customer for their afterservice department, as many Rolex owner opt for independent watchmakers that offer even better service and flexibilities than Rolex.
2. as known fact, Rolex two-tone are not selling very good. thus it is important to get it advertised.

Hallo Rolex, ihr braucht keine Werbung machen. Den Aufwand könnt ihr euch sparen da ihr seit Jahren sowieso keine Uhr liefern könnt. Verfügbarkeit ist gleich Null da sich die meisten Uhren beim Grauhändler zum doppelten Listenpreis wiederfinden. 🤢
