In this video, I will give you my advice on which VR headset to buy in 2024. I have narrowed it down to a short list of just three Virtual Reality Headsets: the Quest 3, the PSVR2, and the Pimax Crystal.

Thanks for the great review - I'd really like to get into aeroflight FS4 VR gaming - in fact, you got me into that with your videos! 🙂 As a budget alternative, if headless mode is really not a concern for me, do you think buying a Quest 2 now would also be extremly good price for it's value? Naturally, it's not state of the art now, but you can get a new one for around 300$ now which is really hard to say no to.
Also, would have liked to see where you rank the valve index in here.

I may wait for quest 3s or see what Sony it’s going to do with the psvr2. With that stupid adapter for pc and now price when down

I think the HP Reverb G2 is still the best combination of performance and price, by far. It's sad since it's almost 4 years old now. Speaks to the state of PC VR.

@laubox Oh HP has abandoned it, no doubt. Today Pimax and Varjo are the only games in town for high-end simualtion-grade tethered VR.

I stopped using it because that sweet spot was so tiny I was adjusting it every few minutes. The Quest 3’s sweet spot is the whole view, I found a much easier to forget I was even wearing it. You just can’t beat those pancake lenses.

The PSVR 2 is almost the ideal VR headset except it's trapped on the PS5.
