They're talking about Peter Sutcliffe, the Yorkshire Ripper. Confusing I know, you'd think we'd come up with more creative names but nah we just rip them off (appreciate that pun I'm hilarious). But nah, Peter was similar to the original Ripper because he targeted prostitutes and had 'creative' ways of fucking up their bodies sometimes, but he ain't Jack the Ripper. Sorry for the history rant, I know too much about serial killers
