I noticed that because of my large stomach that the only time it hurt was if I did it to high up on my stomach

It does hurt when I go too high on my stomach! I try for the lower fat roll. 😋 that seems to hurt less

I'm about to start Ozempic. I've been putting it off for a while now. My biggest concern and why I haven't started is the nauseousness. Is it bearable? Can you work and live your life or Is it bad enough that you need to stay home? I'm a Realtor and so worried that I'll need to cancel on my clients. I should also mention, I'm type 2 diabetic and Insulin resistant which is why my endo wants me to try it. My weight won't budge at all. I've tried just about every kind of diet and lifestyle change.

Hi Donna! I can only speak from my own experience. The nausea is intense at first. I am a hairstylist and was able to continue to work my twelve hour shifts. I took the shot on a day off ( Sunday) and I have Monday off too. It helped to have a buffer from my work schedule. I definitely felt like quitting several times but I am so happy I kept at it. I wish you the best!

@@marlaenapotts5956 Thank you Marlaena! I'm just going to have to give it a try and hope for the best. Any suggestions on when to take the shot? Foods to avoid while taking it. I'm so glad it has helped you and thankful I found your channel.
      Donna

@@donnacollura7601 I found applesauce to be helpful to me and dry cereal( Cheerios mostly! ) I take my shot before lunch but I have read that some do before they go to bed. I was just scared of being sick at night and not being able to eat! 😂

@@donnacollura7601 and I wouldn’t say there were any foods that bothered me. But I am a vegetarian so I eat mostly beans and veggies and fruits so maybe they are not as strong as meat? I’m not sure.

@@marlaenapotts5956 I'll have to buy saltines to keep in the house. Not sure I can eat applesauce with diabetes. I'll have to ask my endo. Yes, I find as I'm getting older (57) I get anxious very easily so I'm sure taking the shot before bed would freak me out.

Ive been getting headaches and thought it was from not eating.

I’m sure that could be the case too! I know sometimes I get a headache from low blood sugar and dehydration
