you can clear 35s with no lift at all. I'm running 35x12.5 on stock suspension. Considering going to a 6inch BDS lift. Already have an F350 rear sway bar on it.
@@angelosegrettoiv6396 I had to trim the rear corners of the front wheel wells, but just a small trim stops the rub. I've now got a 6 inch lift on it and am just wearing out the 35s before I go to 40s. Cause no point in getting rid of the tires till they're worn out.
@@Radagast49230 are you running the stock wheels or aftermarket? I have a 2002 Excursion 7.3l with 315/75R16 (34.5x12.5 roughly) on the stock wheels and suspension. They rub hard on the leafs when the steering is locked out on both sides. Would love to fit 35’s but don’t want to waste the money if they are going to do the same thing as what I currently have.
It has stock springs, I would like to put new springs and a lift. I think a 4 inch lift and v/b codes or after market. I tow a 8,000lb boat with it. I have bags on the rear and the hellwig sway bar. Any suggestions? I'm also going to so a 2014 f250 nose conversion.
@@jesbauman1092 The BDS 4" kit can be optioned with replacement leaf springs at all 4 corners! When we install airbags on lifted trucks, we use airlift and they have spacers designed specifically for that!

Building my 2000 Ford Excursion just like it! Thanks for the Video!
I have a 6in lift with 35s and it’s looking nice and beefy.
EXCURSION ALL DAY!!!
Hi, BDS site says that you can only go upto 33" tires with 4 inch lift, so, do you notice an rubbing with your 35"?
Less is more...beautiful Ex....im going to do all of those upgrades to mine....
How much would it cost to get that work done at your shop?
Good job.
Did you have to add a spring wedge in the back to fix any driveline vibration or was it vibration free?
Mine is vibration free. I am running 6inch bds and 37s with minor trimming
Do you know the part number for the Helwig rear sway bar and why did you use FOX shocks???
7643
It was what the customer wanted!
Love it!
Love it. Although with 4in of lift 35's seem a bit small? Is there any other shorter lift that'll clear 35's.
