Seit meinem 15. Lebensjahr höre ich Genesis. Heute bin ich 62 finde ihre Musik immer noch geil. Sie hat mir über schlimme Zeiten hinweggeholfen. Danke Genesis ihr seit ein wichtiger Teil meines Lebens, auch wenn ihr nicht mehr live zu sehen seit.
Bei Mir genauso, bin auch 62 Jahre alt und Fan seit 1977
Ich hatte keinen possibilitet, um zu "live" sehen. Ich whone in Argentinien. Ich bin "sudaka", haha (âlter als dich, mit 65)
Genesis is a lengend, absolutely fabulous...
What a joy to listen to this group, ...Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Queen etc... I only have one thing to say : many thanks to UK !
I can recommend you to listen to Steve Hackett and the singer Nad. Good old Genesis songs

This is timeless music , so creative and authentic , which has reached such a level of perfection, that it is colorful, rhythmic, transparent, full of creativity and musical harmony, but above all with rhythms very well marked and defined by experts on the drums, which could not be easily surpassed. The sound and the live interpretation are magnificent, of the highest quality. The support of Stuermer and Thompson are exact. They are touching the sky.
When Phil was afit man and still had the moves. Saw the band last year and although Phil had to be helped on and off stage, the voice was still there, the man was still there, the band were still there. and I will never forget how much a huge part of not just music, but my life they were. First gig for my 15 year old son as this tour at Twickenham. Thank you Phil, Thank you Peter, thank you all members of Genesis from start to finish. Sad that we will "never see the like of you again".

No it was not. I heard him and he sings all the stuff at least a full tone lower than he used to. It was embarrasing.
He is another one of those performing artists that don't know to quit while they are ahead.

I started listening to Genesis in 1973. I had a friend that time who let me listen to those bands in that time area like ELP, Genesis, Golden Earring, Camel, Deep Purple etc.
I was 13 that time. Magical times.
I listen to GENESIS since I was 15 years young - Now I‘m listening GENESIS and I‘m 62 years old. It will never ending 😉

In Italia amavamo i Genesis già nel 1971. Li abbiamo amati nel 2007. E continuiamo ad amarli anche oggi e personalmente li considero la più grande Progressive Rock band di tutti i tempi.
Anche io sono un loro fans e per noi ragazzi di ieri è stata la band più grande dei nostri anni. anche adesso che sto scrivendo li stò ascoltando.

eine der ganz wenigen Bands, die Live genau so gut oder besser klingen, wie im Studio, heute mit meinen 75 Lenzen liebe ich diese Musik, diese tollen Musiker immer noch genau so wie früher, danke Phil und Co.
“Hold on my heart……” so much tender and longing in Phil’s voice, makes my eyes well up with tears. I wish we can go back to the past and re-live the most precious moments again!

We were in Rome one year prior to the first lockdown. After walking from the Victor Emmanuel monument down to the forum we came to circus maximus which is now a public park. My first thought wasn't the chariot races of 2000 years ago...it was Genesis played here to 500,000 people in 2007! Genesis forever!
With no overestimation, one of the greatest bands, how I miss them.

Più di 500 mila spettatori. Un grande evento nella capitale della storia, loro l'hanno usata come cornice e Roma ha reso loro un grande tributo. Concerto indimenticabile e meravigliosamente grandioso. Dopo più di 14 anni, era il 14 luglio 2007, impossibile dimenticare le grandi emozioni provate sul terreno del Circo Massimo ad ascoltare i favolosi Genesis.
