I love how no matter how disgusting, offensive, revolting, or absolutely vile some of these games were, what bothers Tec the most is having to watch someone who's bad at games playing the game. Like watching Dean vs the pigeon is his idea of torture.

my uncle is in a wheel chair he paralyzed down from his body everytime i see him i make sure to treat him just as anybody else because he just like us wheel chair or not we got to realize just because u have physical disability doesn't mean u are beneath people who aren't you are just like us and deserve respect mhm
@solidsolid111pretty sure everyone has the mindset of legs > no legs, nobody wants to lose their ability to walk unless they are suffering a serious mental illness causing delusions.
You can be happy while wheelchair bound but not being able to walk is entirely a negative to your life, especially living in a world surrounded by able bodied people, constantly reminded of what you can no longer do.
You can say people can live happy and fulfilled lives while disabled, and even prefer their life with their disability because of how it shaped them and what they have learned from it, but the disability itself is always still bad and if given the opportunity to walk again i don't know wouldn't take that offer, and even so the person wouldn't refyse because they think being in a wheelchair is actually better, they would refuse because of how connected that disability has become to their life and apart of them as a person that they wouldn't want to let it go.
That's not a positive towards their disability, it's a negative towards losing it and the emotion that brings.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding and you meant something different, my apologies if so.

It's fucking WILD that this list consists of both "yeah, this game is a bit too edgy and violent" to "oh shit, there's illegal material in this game." Like, those two are SO far from each other that you get a bunch of games that go from "this is kinda funny and I wanna play it" to "holy fuck, how did they even get away with this?"
It really feels like someone WANTED to make an "illegal video game" iceberg, but didn't have nearly enough entries to warrant posting it (probably in hopes that a RUclipsr covers it), so they padded it out with "disturbing" entries that DO NOT fit in the same iceberg. Well most games that are illegal would deserve to be in the void tier, so it doesn't make for a good iceberg really, games that have recieved backlash but not been made illegal are perfect for higher up on the iceberg so there's a better sense of progression with the video, reaching actual CSEM and dead bodies in the lowest tiers.

The entries get worse as it gets lower goober. It makes sense to escalate from disturbing to straight up illegal.
So really only two of the games on this list were "illegal" -- "The Guy Game" -- which was a total accident because the chick lied on her application, much like what happened with Traci Lords way back in the day. It wasn't some nefarious thing. And the "CLONE" version of "Sad Satan" by Gary Graves, who got 10 years prison for it. The original version didn't have CP in it.
pretty much, he calls it "illegal and disturbing" to suggest that illegal is the primary thing, but really it's majority just games that people could find offensive, or are specifically made to be offensive.
Some of these were banned in other countries making them illegal. The concentration camp game is highly illegal in a lot of European countries.

Just explains that a dollar bill matters more than a life in the justice system.
I have fond memories of playing Manhunt a long time ago. This video makes it look like you're just fighting bad guys, but in reality stealth is a big part of the game. You have to sneak up on them and kill them because they are usually more powerful than you are in one on one fights.
Haven't watched yet and my guess is that playing Genshin impact will be considered illegal & disturbing

RL isn't even all that special considering what happened to the protagonist. There's still plenty of r18 anime produced right now where nothing really happens to the perp. RL only became a big deal because it was being sold in a western normal store illegally. Heck, there's plenty of old r18 anime that has the same content, which I'm sure got a proper western release. It's just not talked about since it's not sold in places where normies would typically visit. If it weren't for that RL would just be another r18 game that no one talks about.

Like I’ve heard people genuinely say it’s impossible to do it based on the findings of the Warren Commission. It’s been twenty years since the game’s release and the highest scores I’ve seen are what, 750? OUT OF 1000
