No. Fookin. Way. A Chef's night out episode.. Quality. Thanks for listening Muchies. Great to see some food vibe guys again. All we need back is The Pizza Show please. A redemptive Season 3.
me too, wish they would focus more on up and coming cities like Nashville, OKC, Louisville, Birmingham, Raleigh/Durham, SLC, Tucson, Charlotte, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, etc edit: and larger cities like Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, San Diego, San Jose, Seattle, Portland, Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, etc...get tired of always seeing NYC and LA. I do really like when they go to other countries as well.
I remember Action Bronson and Big Body Bes going to one of his restaurants on F that's Delicious, and Body saying to him '' How many sex crimes have you been charged with?'' lmaoo
I was wondering why they didn't get pho at the pho place, but then I remembered that the last thing you want in your belly when you're making a night of it is a gigantic bowl of liquid that isn't booze. Pho is for the day after.
Yesssssssss, I can vicariously pretend I’m a chef, have a night out and get full blown wasted without any of the actual hangovers , hanging out with actual people or being and actual chef
I love that with lots of effort and several horror stories. We as a community have created such a nice workplace, chefs have fun now, less substance abuse more fun. Honestly A couple beers and a few doobies is the normal now. I don’t think anyone outside the food world realizes we were partying harder in the kitchen than anything they could manage as a customer ( 2000-2014) 😂
As someone who frequents from TX to LA, pho orchid is definitely a good Pho/Vietnamese restaurant to eat at in New Orleans best tasting. Always have to stop and eat after being hungover and try to catch my flight back home.
CHEERS🍻 PABST BLUE RIBBON is my beer. Cooked all my life, changed Mr Mike's Grill cooking methods, in 1996, on it's pilot store, in Terrace BC Canada, I was on the inside page, of the franchise brochure, with two plates, and that changed my world. Food is your dream, your invention, and can be your worst faulty mistake, if experimenting lol. Love seeing strange plates, and you definitely have different items, that look great. Never stop dreaming, when it comes to food!
Ya damn right the deanie got the fries. Mason’s awesome man, just heard about him today and I’ve been doing in New Orleans for years. Can’t wait to try turkey and the wolf for the first time
Drive through daiquiris are such a local thing even tho it’s also such a touristy thing too. Turned 21 during quarantine the only place I could buy my first legal drink was bought from one of them cause it was the only place open.
It’s nice to see a sense of diverse community in these divisive times. America needs more people eating and chilling together. It would make the country a better and happier place
So am i the only person who spent an hour researching Daquri and Cream and how that business model works. Or was everyone not phased by drive thru liquor with a straw?
I can attest that both of Mason’s restaurants destroy in the best way, and so does Fritai. Also, my apologies to anyone at Fritai’s Halloween party, I’m sorry if I spilled on you. The drinks are way too fire.
Yeah on the surface maybe. Vietnamese ppl just got to the country and run the seafood industry. African Americans been here since before the foundation and can't get one foot in. Just saying the pot dont really melt.
Love Mason, Love all he and his friends are doing for the Greater New Orleans community, Love all the restaurants they highlighted!! So glad they got out to Metairie and gave it the spotlight. That being said “Seafood Deanie’s” totally took me out 😂 Glad y’all got the name right in the end. Deanie’s is the best!
Holy COW!!! when he said, Burberry Collard green Mayonnaise, my head exploded...in a good way. The pronunciation sounded like ecstasy in my mouth. FUCK!!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!
I ate at Turkey and Wolf I think in 2018 and had their signature fried bologna sandwich. It was pretty good... But I still preferred my mom's fried bologna sandwich 😋😋
So here we’re are, having to preface everything and preface it again to explain who you are and what you’re about. Why does every thing have to have an explanation. I’m exhausted.
Mason seems like a cool dude, man. I heard about him from Ryan from Blackbird/Big Kids. I feel like I've seen these dudes pitting or stage diving at shows I've been to.
this guy is so great, he’s like so deep hipster he came out the other end where people love it again
Hes authentic, or genuine
that's just being real as fuck. He has an aesthetic but he's a real person that just genuinely has enthusiasm for anything good.
It's because he's a genuine dude, not a try hard out of touch hipster douche. Whats up chef Mason! Much love from Michigan.
he’s goofy fun hipster not pretentious hipster
XD
No.
Fookin.

I've been waiting for Chef's Night Out's glorious return!
RIGHT! I love this series so happy
Best thing on Vice. The Isaac Toups one is especially entertaining. I also re-watch the Anthony Bourdain one whenever I wanna feel nostalgic/sad.
love ya kai
Hell yea!!

Mason is fantastic - just awesome energy and positivity

Which episode is that? lol I cant find it
@@beargoesrawr5783 ruclips.net/video/s3jt_AlTNEc/видео.html
I would not have recognized him but i cannot ever forget that line from body. God bless that was hilarious
Big Body Bes asking due to experience.
I LOVE Turkey and the Wolf. Such a chill spot to get great good. Cool to see this behind the scenes.
Couldn’t think of a more unfun group to hangout with
I was wondering why they didn't get pho at the pho place, but then I remembered that the last thing you want in your belly when you're making a night of it is a gigantic bowl of liquid that isn't booze. Pho is for the day after.
the best hangover food.
You know my man
Finally found the people that get me 🙏🏾 🍜
what the pho
Pho is overrated
Whole reason I moved to Nola is for the food scene
I used to drive though NOLA alot. Still see some of the posters describing my truck.
I love New Orleans and will be following this guide the next time I go.
Chefs night out is the best series! So glad it’s back, I wish the episodes were longer
I’m so happy y’all are back for chefs night out!!!
So happy to see Chef's Night Out is back! This was the perfect episode highlighting great food in an amazing city.
I'm so fucking glad this is back. Sicily🥃🍻
Sicily!
Mason Hereford is a fucking food genius. Either that or a mad scientist.
Is that the guy who looks like a slim Matty Matheson? I like this dude tho
My favorite episode EVER. More of THIS!
One of my favorite series of Munchies, welcome back CNO! Thumbs up before I even watch it! I know it’s gonna be good! Love from Taiwan!
Wait, what? A NEW Chef's Night Out episode?! Munchies, you've just made my week! It's been too long! More please!! :-)
Yesssssssss, I can vicariously pretend I’m a chef, have a night out and get full blown wasted without any of the actual hangovers , hanging out with actual people or being and actual chef
It was only a matter of time for Mason to be on here. Amazing dude doing amazing things!
not tryna hate but they seemed bored together like this is not their group of friends lol maybe im buggin
Yeah, I felt that too. That activist chick seemed like a real uptight buzzkill.
They took him away from his boysss
I thought I was trippin
Anything New Orleans equals love and quality . Great episode
Glad this series is back….Makes me want to book a flight to New Orleans
Best thing on vice, YT and probably any platform, don’t leave us hanging so long next time
For real

as a guy who did 10 years in the industry it was the most fun I had
Turkey and the wolf is amazing!!

so glad they brought this back it's been a long time

Give this guy a show!
He managed to squeeze in quite a a few cool expressions, fire, dope, and used the word literally quite a bit. Did I miss any?
I miss the frozen daiquiris from nola! Gotta go back soon.
I live right next to Daiquiri & creams, Deanies is the best! Have heard so much ab Turkey & Wolf but now I gotta go tonight. Dude seems dope
This is how you spread love and super extra points for stopping at Haitian restaurant ☺️🧡🧡🧡
Ya damn right the deanie got the fries. Mason’s awesome man, just heard about him today and I’ve been doing in New Orleans for years. Can’t wait to try turkey and the wolf for the first time

I love sandwiches, but you mason, is the most lovable here!!
The fact that they went to Daiquiris & Creams instead of the more popular place let me know immediately that this was legit.
Best show hands down
Thank you for showing these restaurants
Turkey and the Wolf is an uptown staple
I think Mason is a contributing factor to Duke’s Mayo being so popular. Also seems like a genuinely good dude.
I have to order some, the Walmart up here doesn’t carry it anymore and I miss it
It’s nice to see a sense of diverse community in these divisive times. America needs more people eating and chilling together. It would make the country a better and happier place
I had a chef's night out recently, can't remember much but we ordered everything on the menu at the breakfast place.
It’s been 84 years
It's like Walmart McConaughey, and that's a compliment
Hahaha this is so accurate
Do one with the Haitian chef, his food looks amazing
So am i the only person who spent an hour researching Daquri and Cream and how that business model works.

I don’t know how a basic cheese croquette in a wrap is special but alright whatever floats your boat lol
Mullet agent Peña cookin’ it up with his buddies, I am liking it
D&C's! That's my spot. Fantastic.
I tried Fritai and Mollys based on this video alone! Worth it for sure! Get the roasted garlic wings from Fritai.
One of my favorite "Chefs Night Out"
Missed this show and most importantly I have been missing nola! Thank you munchies!
To be honest, I expected a lot more from a chef's tour of New Orleans. That city has so much more to offer than what was represented.
Any recommendations?
so glad this series is back
I love this series for several reasons:
The Locals go OUT!
The service industry deserves this respect, more.
Nini! My fave on her season of Top Chef 💕
Somebody Feed Phil’s New Orleans episode sold me on this dude. 🔥
This series is so good!
New Orleans has some of the best food in the world; melting pot of cultures contributes to that deliciousness 😍
That has to be the joke of the year. New O. best food of the world...
@@bullgrim It's definitely one of the best food cities in the world.

@@carltonbanks5470 thats a shame vietnamese food is elite though no wonder yhey took over

Stein’s is so FIRE! I’d never get a tattoo of Dan but I’d eat there everyday if I still lived in New Orleans.
Ffffffff! I love going to NoLA so much! Turkey and the Wolf is amazing. Can't wait to try some of these spots mentioned in the video!
Such a fucking cool showing of Nola
Mason's come a long way from Big Body Bes accusing him of lewd acts on FTD
Holy crap bout time chefs night out came back
Everything looks amazing in New Orleans
Except the tattoos..
@@darincrosson1474 some of the best tattoo shops are in New Orleans. Do a little research.

Last Man on Earth
Finallyyyy backkkkk
And he rollerblades. Mason, if you're reading this, you better still be skating!
I ate at Turkey and Wolf I think in 2018 and had their signature fried bologna sandwich. It was pretty good... But I still preferred my mom's fried bologna sandwich 😋😋
I also preferred your moms
Oh this is the dude that was on action bronsons show who got all nervous when body joked with him😂
Hell yea! Love me some Mason.

CHEFS NIGHT OUT!
Really liked the way they did the tattoo shop part 💯

OMG, the absolute state of this.
best series on Munchies !
Finally this series is back!
New Orleans is like no other place in the world!
I love this guy he’s a massive hipster but not pretentious at all
This guy was too funky for these squares he brought with him
what the actual fuck are you talking about
@@LakeMarshmallows they were so uptight compared to him smh they were no fun
Very cool series. It's my first time to find one. I'm sure I could get lost for days catching up on them.
I loved this episode,
FINALLY YOU GUYS ARE BACK!
Mason just seems like the most down to earth guy ever.
These dudes and chicks are awesome holy shit
series is back !
Why did they edit out the people sharing the history of things? 😕
I love Nola so much. Gotta try these places next time.
I wish we had a daiquiris and creams around where I live. That looked bomb
lol ended up at daiquiris in bucktown huh?? Used to live across the street on live oak back in the 90’s
okay. i thought the shy boyz had the GOAT episode, this takes the cake. Love Mason's energy, unmatched.
Some cool places to try
