Great video! It would be cool to see some tips on how to make different styles of walk, like cartoony, relaxed, etc, ways to make it different than ”default walk cycle”. Thanks!
Ah now I understand how to transfer the animation of one leg to another. It’s a good thing I learnt how to animate in Maya because that graph editor feels very similar haha.
Incredible the ability you have, how you make it seem that it is simple to do the animations, I have made my walking and running animations a thousand times and it is difficult for me to understand Spine, but hey, :( thanks for sharing your great knowledge, I hope to apply some techniques that You use it. Great copying a complete cycle of movement from one leg and pasting it on the other. I animating each leg separately with the help of shadows. Thank you, I admire your work and I value it very much, really the best I have seen. Thanks again for sharing. Greetings from Argentina.
Hi how are you? I wanted to ask you the following, I cannot find a tutorial or reference to my case. I am creating a 2D game in Unity, and what I am trying to do is that the character equips a shotgun for example, and can control the aiming of the weapon from code, that is, my idea was if it is possible, to control a kind of ik, is it possible that both hands correctly follow a bone as if it were the weapon itself? I have not achieved with transform constraint that both hands follow exactly this bone (weapon). Thanks ! If you know of a page where I can see this case, I would appreciate the tip.
Hi Unknow 2D, I dont have experience workign with the weapon aiming in Unity But here are some links hope they will help esotericsoftware.com/blog/Holding-a-two-handed-weapon esotericsoftware.com/spine-examples-spineboy#Aiming this asset should have correct rig for aiming esotericsoftware.com/spine-asset-packs

These are wonderful, Arman. I think longer videos are fine, especially if you define the sections in the timeline as you have been doing! Keep it up.

I see! That makes sense if the legs are of different perspectives though. Guess I will have to fix my walk cycle again
