    Ingredients
    5 cucumbers (880g), 100g green onions, 50g chives, 1/2 cup mineral water, 2 pinches salt
    pickles) 2 cups water, 3 tablespoons salt
    Seasoning) 1/4 onion, 1/4 pear, 1/2 cup red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup canari fish sauce, 3 tablespoons minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger syrup
    Preparation)
    1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and set aside the seeds
    2. Cut the pitted cucumber into 4cm long pieces with the thickness of your finger, marinate them in pickles for 30~40 minutes, and squeeze out the water tightly
    3. Cut the green onions and chives into 4cm lengths.
    4. Finely grate the onion, pear, and cucumber seeds and mix them with the seasoning ingredients
    5. Mix the pickled cucumber with the seasoning, then add the green oinions and chives and toss gently
    6. Put the cucumber chive kimchi in a kimchi container and mix the remaining seasonings with mineral water and salt to make a kimchi broth and pour it. Enjoy!
