hey man, I would like to know how far along your project has come? I recently purchased a cheapy S10 2.2 5 speed very similar to yours. I would like to know if you'll keep the stock transmission or upgrade to an NV3500, maybe even a T56? cant wait to see it all finished up!
they make adapters for the stock nv1500 but it wouldn't hold up to a v8. you could use the nv3500 if you gonna use a stock 350 and aren't gonna beat on it much. the t56 would be the best option out of those but they are just super pricey. I'm going with a 700r4 in mine. if your willing to go auto you can do a th350 or the 700 like me if you want od. if you wanna stay manual you could also use some of the Older gm 4 speeds they have, they would hold up.
If your going carbed you can do away with most of the harness and just keep the harness for your lights and stuff like that and then add in aftermarket gauges

Ah thanks! I had moved to a different city and started a new job so it's been hectic lol I just now got around to editing some of these videos again.
