    I'm thinking change mine 4/5" but unsure about wheels. Can you give an advice? 17" or 18"?

      they ones on mine are 16x8 i think the truck looks good with that size if you want 17s or 18s youll prob run in to rubbing issues

      I'm painting the block rn and have everything pretty much ready to assemble. So I should have a bunch of vids soon. I'll make sure to go into detail on the ignition.

    Great video and very helpful!! Currently I'm rebuilding a 02 S10 2wd. Question, just to be sure, you used a 3 inch front and 4 inch rear drop kit? I'm in between of the 3/4 or the 4/5 on 17 inch wheels and I'm not sure which would look best.

    • @erickgfilms8427
      @erickgfilms8427  5 лет назад +1

      On the front I used 2inch lowering spindles and 1 inch lowering springs. Then in the back I used a 4 inch lowering block. Me personally I wouldn't go 4/5 but if if that's what you want then make sure to change the leaf springs in the back.

      Do you think a 4/5 will be too low?

      @@fabo6865 nah, it never hit or rubbed anywhere, it was perfect for a daily. the only thing i would hit was my exhaust only because of the way i had routed it over the axle it sat to close to it but if your exhaust is stock or at least routed properly lol, then you wont have any problems

    Fyi. DONT hit the bolt, hit the side where it goes into... you can mess up the bolt and ball joint by smashing the top and wont go back in... ⁰

    Angled blocks r for extended cabs ... should a used solid blocks those Crack n brake

    • @erickgfilms8427
      @erickgfilms8427  6 лет назад

      Steven Maines, from what Ive read, they should be angled if they are 4 or more. And blocks are fine so far, I don't use the truck much anyway.
