Hello:). You could add a small amount of shea butter to a plain soap base. Most manufacturers will have a recommendation for how much additives can be added to their soap base:)
Tonya, I just ordered from your Etsy shop and got my order today. I am excited to use the loofah soap. I made some of my own and mainly wanted to support small business. Thanks for sharing.
Usage rates will vary depending on the essential oil you use. I typically use eocalc.com to calculate my usage rates. Once you know the most you can do you can always put in less if you like a lighter scent:)
Happy Friday! Hope everyone is safe and well and not going to stir crazy:) If you have any questions on today's video, leave them in the comments below.
Most makeup and a good majority of the soaps you purchase are going to have mica in them. Micas are considered to be skin safe colorants. You do have to do your research and be aware of who you are buying your mica from just as with many ingredients that are used in bath and body products. Both Nurture soap and Mad Micas are responsibly sourced, cruelty free and vegan mica suppliers and I would highly recommend them. If you are against micas then you by no means have to use them but you can’t lump all suppliers into the bad category. There are good ones out there.
This looks fun, easy and would make nice Christmas presents! Thanks for sharing even though I'm 4 years late❤
@@Jane-West Thanks for watching:). These soaps are really cute and easy, perfect for holiday gifting 🎁🎄
Would just regular shea butter work or does it have to be shea butter soap base?
