I even talk about you both at work, saying how entertaining you both are, as soon as I say I'm a fan of Alex toproll and Schoolboy, some of them look at me funny and start making gay jokes... i told them what you did for me and their attitude changed. You both are so humble and looks like you'd do anything for others.
Also everytime you both show up on my news feed, I'm instantly motivated to pick up either weights or do warm-ups. Grip strength, biceps, and even pronater work with a stretchy band. I only weigh 62kg and 40 years old ( mentally 25 lol) but strong for my size because of work mainly (tradesman)

This is a load on the joints and the accumulation of lactic acid in the muscles. but every sport will be useful if it is practiced correctly. I might add swimming.
