Exactly. I've seen many videos of his with people in the comments saying how he has natural farm boy strength and that's why he beats all the gym rats. Reality is you don't wake up one day and simply become the best at something...gotta grind for years which is obviously what he's done.

@@zhongxina475 Yes, but everyone can also do that, even His opponents, I guess His metabolism makes His muscles compressed which makes it strong while maintaining weight.
It’s great backstories like these that really are motivating. Seeing where they came from and how they came to be. It really is a good thing he started “early” in his teens on and off, but ultimately committed in the end. Now look at Schoolboy today 💪🏻

So basically schoolboy is a trained arm wresteler with years of dedicated training and hard work but his looks are still like schoolboy which puzzles everyone.
Exactly. Other opponents with bulging biceps and intimidating tattoos just make schoolboy standout even more. His body is lean without too much muscular features but has immense amount of strength. Probably genetics.
@G. Sem Genetics along with his workouts are why he's over 200 lbs and lean to boot. "technics , experience , and being smart for each positioning" won't overcome being too light or weak tendons or whatever. Just amazing how many morons discount genetics as a factor. It is the foundation for success along with all the things you mentioned.
Yep. I would say the reason he looks the way he does and yet is so much stronger than bigger guys is that he probably has an abundance of fast twitch muscle fibers which produce more power, as opposed to the slower twitch, endurance muscle fibers. He looks in his weight training videos that he trains the fast twitch fibers with very heavy weights which target those type of fibers. Truly genetically gifted and very smart how he trains his body. I'm sure he will eventually become one of the greatest arm wrestlers in the world.
@@GetRekTUWiLL yeah but I also think why he looks chubby is because apparently he only trains his arms most of his training.Maybe that's the reason why he doesn't burn that much fat and not very well rounded on terms of his physique.
Josh Palao not to mention a lot of it is also technique. With out proper technique you are going to having trouble winning an arm wrestling match. Strength is a big part of it too
It’s crazy no matter how long he has been lifting he still looks the same. That’s what i like about him. All those workouts increased his strength. Looks is insignificant in this sport.
Lol oh yes he is bigger. Its just that he doesnt have those bulky muscles that stand out, but the fact that he got to 115k or more says enough (with height staying the same)
l Are you saying the other huge guy doesn’t have “real” muscles? Stfu. They both are strong in their own regard. Bodybuilding, power lifting and arm wrestling each specializes in a different muscles.
J are you allowed to do that?? I don’t really know what he’s doing...it looks like he’s dropping all his body weight in one direction but it seems kinda cheap and unfair like at 17:42

man, the handshakes after each match is just so pretty.. like those handshakes pulls the loser up and props the winner at the same time.. #sportmanship
Kid is a phenom. Clearly something physical is going on inside that body besides hard work. Perhaps his arm breakage at a young age healed in a way that immeasurably improved his natural mechanics for this sport. Be fun to watch his career.
In addition to training, their genetics also play an important role, a person with DNA full of defects is not the same as another with DNA without them. This same genetics makes the tissues of his arms have a certain shape that helps him easily win over guys with much more muscle than him (such as the length of his tendons, distribution of muscle tissues ...)
I look tiny cuz I am tiny...anywhere from 120lbs to 170lbs at most (usually about 135-155lbs natural weight) and no would ever guess me as strong even I look fit but not someone you would guess as an armwrestling. Yet I've won my state in arm wrestling 8times left handed (only counting one weight class per year since I do several every year.) and 5times right handed, (with multiple weight classes I believe it's at 22 state titles) and I've only trained a couple days in my life for arm wrestling. This is not brag...continue reading. (However to be completely honest I have trained for many other sports and now in my adult life work a construction company so I do stay somewhat Naturally Fit outside of DNA that has athletics for the most part come naturally...well other then my very bad back that's hurting me since I was a little kid from too much curvature. My point is some people are just build different from muscle density, DNA, amount of testosterone, mental will, etc...some just have natural strength and athletic abiliyt and then if they add training and dedication on top of that they can reach mountaintops sometimes.

@@parabina fuck genetics. It's called hard work.
@@settledownman bro he doesn't mean his strength he means it's the genetics that he doesn't have huge bulging biceps but is still as strong
@@parabina LOL that is not what you call lean😂
@G. Sem Genetics along with his workouts are why he's over 200 lbs and lean to boot. "technics , experience , and being smart for each positioning" won't overcome being too light or weak tendons or whatever. Just amazing how many morons discount genetics as a factor. It is the foundation for success along with all the things you mentioned.
парень реально крут!!! брату старшему отдельное огромное спасибо )))) Без него бы понятие школьник не стало ник-неймом
If I were hanging from a cliff I would like for him to be around
Wtf lmfao
FO REAL!
To beat you at armwresling for the last time before you fall down and die?
He would toproll your arm
@@Pablotercero90 bruh
The weird thing is that he doesn't look like he's been lifting.
Strength is a big part of it too
Josh Palao its might just be genetics. Some people’s muscles just arent that exciting
Josh Palao He does pull ups and muscle ups too, some people’s body just don’t get all lean/cut like that
It’s crazy no matter how long he has been lifting he still looks the same. That’s what i like about him. All those workouts increased his strength. Looks is insignificant in this sport.
Exactly 19:57
Well what I see in his videos is that he doesnt work out is mid set as hard as his arms, he trains to get stronger not to look "good".
@@Ajesen exactly. He also has some body fat on him. Under all that is steel
You can tell a lot of men are pissed off because of his flash start speed; they couldn't apply any of their strength.
J are you allowed to do that?? I don’t really know what he’s doing...it looks like he’s dropping all his body weight in one direction but it seems kinda cheap and unfair like at 17:42
Gm7 RMA yes. You can do that. There’s not a rule against doing burst attacks or trying to pull down lower with tour body weight.
J the power is what matters in arm wrestling
@@alliii835 power =/= speed
@@geomejia8946 Anything goes as long as your elbow is still on the table pad
He progressed so much.. So much, that it’s so weird to see him lose..
Indeed. But we are all only human after all.... :)
Too who awa? Watch the rematch when school boy was fresh made easy work
@@robbysaw different hand, schoolboys left arm is insane compared to his right
I do propose however that IF schoolboy was fresh at the time he. could of beaten him on his right
@@solcoster8110 don't forget awa is new to arm wrestling. The dude doesn't even work out let alone know any techniques in the sport. With a couple of months to a year awa could be able to beat schoolboy easily (for now at least since schoolboy is still really young and still growing in strength too) but yeah awa doesn't really do sports and stuff so of course he would lose to schoolboy if fresh (but barley lol)
When he is 40 people will stop calling him "School boy" but instead he will be respected and called "OLD SCHOOL BOY"! :)
Doomzx nah just call him old school
@@wavecheck479 He is our boy forever :)

man, the handshakes after each match is just so pretty.. like those handshakes pulls the loser up and props the winner at the same time.. #sportmanship
His journey is still long, he has a bright future in this sport, he will be a world champion
I like that he always smiles at the end... after he destroys the others. And always offers shake hand. Nice boy.
Kid is a phenom. Clearly something physical is going on inside that body besides hard work. Perhaps his arm breakage at a young age healed in a way that immeasurably improved his natural mechanics for this sport. Be fun to watch his career.
He does it left and right like a boss, so the injury healing into more power doesn't add up.
@@yellowwolfclan5710 This is true. Just a phenom then I suppose.
He's gonna be the Arnold Schwarzenegger of Armwrestling!
I was thinking the Sylvester Stallone of armwrestling!
I was thinking the Donald Duck of arm wrestling.
He's gonna be the Denis Ciplenkov of bodybuilding!
no he is will be the schoolboy arm wrestler
I was thinking the Donald Trump of arm wrestling
Fun fact: you've never heard him speak

@Andrew these vids or does he have a personal channel?
