✅ Some facts I have no pics or vids of
At 7 he broke his arm really bad , with elbow joint dislocation ( doctors said he will never be able to perform in sport with it ... due to nerv damage and improper joint fusion after the surgery )
At 13 he totally quit athletics due to knee injury
He had a dream to become Olympic champion in track and field ... he was kinda lost and out of any sports activity or 2 years
At 15 he got back to gym with me and totally switched to armwrestling and the more he started winning the more he loved this sport
He is now able to travel around the world because of it and compete among the best ... so the moral of the whole fable
NEVER Give up
Never stop dream BIG
Test yourself
You might be gifted in something else
P.S. wish I filmed more HQ content back in the day lol

I am not into armwrestling at all, but this is one of the most motivational videos I've ever seen. Humble dude just killing it for years with whatever means available. There's nothing more inspiring.
I really like that, early in the vid, when he's in the US, Schoolboy seems so confused when opponents go for a handshake after the match. Then, back in Russia, he starts giving handshakes after the matches, and sometimes THEY seem confused. Sportsmanship! Schoolboy, you're a goddamn legend. Aleksei, good on you for your pride in your brother. Good tune choices, too, especially from 12:00.
Kid seems humble and extremely confident. Love the no tats, page boy haircut, glasses, and low key clothes. Stay on the straight and narrow, Alex.

I love the big brother concept here. Great job in providing a path and to help see your brother become something bigger and stronger through your guidance. With your own skill set, you could only imagine how much further you would have been in your game if you had the same mentorship. So forgive me if it has been said before, but well done sir.
This is what people don’t see. The hard work, the hours of discipline, all the blood sweat and tears that go into achieving greatness.
Exactly. I've seen many videos of his with people in the comments saying how he has natural farm boy strength and that's why he beats all the gym rats. Reality is you don't wake up one day and simply become the best at something...gotta grind for years which is obviously what he's done.

Great video. I started watching arm wrestling during COVID and the first one I ever saw was of schoolboy. I got hooked. Tons of respect for his older brother in all these too.
Also I love the matches where schoolboy already has his offhand up for a respectful handshake before the opponent even realizes he’s lost!
I love watching Schoolboy perform. He’s calm and collected and so humble at each wins even though the opponent is much more formidable looking.👍👍

So true. Wish I had an older brother like him!
His older brother is truly a man
True! Not only brothers, they look to be great friends too.
What I find interesting: So much strength but no visible muscle. That is special...
arm wrestling is all about technique
@@NitroBigos I know. But this is not, what I meant. I meant: This guy is physically strong. He can lift heavy weights as well. BUT: No visible muscles. This is kinda unusual... ;-)
Huge muscles they're usually an illusion. I used to compete arm wrestling and one of the strongest guys I compete with were not big at all. Including myself. Schoolboy body type, just some strong muscles due to generics/training that for arm wrestling are not as visible as other superficial muscles. But have huge advantage to other "huge" guys. Hard to explain. I'm only 175lb and back then was under 170. I was able to take down body builders almost double my size.
It's because genetic, he's biceps tendon is to short, that's why e looks like a normal person, but if you compare he's arm whit the other competitors, school boy arm is more huge.
@@laurabranngrey285 I think it's the opposite, his biceps tendon is on the longer side so he's no crazy bicep peaks

Feel bad for those who were against him in teen class lol
Abednego Santoso he puts them to shame😂
Dude looked 10 years older than then all cause of his build xD
The weird thing is that he doesn't look like he's been lifting.
Yep. I would say the reason he looks the way he does and yet is so much stronger than bigger guys is that he probably has an abundance of fast twitch muscle fibers which produce more power, as opposed to the slower twitch, endurance muscle fibers. He looks in his weight training videos that he trains the fast twitch fibers with very heavy weights which target those type of fibers. Truly genetically gifted and very smart how he trains his body. I'm sure he will eventually become one of the greatest arm wrestlers in the world.
@@GetRekTUWiLL yeah but I also think why he looks chubby is because apparently he only trains his arms most of his training.Maybe that's the reason why he doesn't burn that much fat and not very well rounded on terms of his physique.
Josh Palao not to mention a lot of it is also technique. With out proper technique you are going to having trouble winning an arm wrestling match. Strength is a big part of it too
Josh Palao its might just be genetics. Some people’s muscles just arent that exciting
Josh Palao He does pull ups and muscle ups too, some people’s body just don’t get all lean/cut like that
Great work ethic and positive attitude! Inspiration for the young and old. Keep going schoolboy!

you have said in your other comment that he has no visible muscles, but that's because it's hidden behind his fat big arms. But later he starts smiling more, shakes hands, and doesn't immediately leave the table.
the most valuable stuff is the faces of opponents after a defeat like they were not expecting such power from the guy.

His training and technique are more intensive and specialized. Hes putting his entire body power into his movement like a hook in boxing through reducing the distance of his fist and torso, along with a lot of short accelerations.
