    Nice checklist of things to go over. Like I said before, when you decide you don't need to be crawling under houses any more, I hope you will consider teaching at a HVAC trade school.

    Charles it might be a good idea to offer a return plenom redo and relocate that return away from the couch but maybe offer a complete ductwork redo. Just my thoughts and Charles please clean that condenser it looked philthy anyway great video.
    And I learned today from watching hvac guys channel that when you guys use mo 99 for converting an r 22 system after you put the initial factory charge in you then adjust it with more until the pressures read more like the r 22 and the temp split to compensate for the so called capicity loss but that's at the factory charge so when you add the additional mo 99 there really isn't any capicity loss or tonnage loss and the tempetures are still close to 40 degrees.

      HVAC guy is an Amateur. HE WOULD HAVE TOLD THESE PEOPLE TO REPLACE THE TXV! AND IT WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.
