I was watching DBZ way back in 1994 on a TV station called The UPN when it was the horrible dubs. I loved DBZ but had no idea it was anime I just thought it was so random cartoon. But UPN used to play a lot of anime for some reason and one day they played this anime called Princess Mononoke. I had no idea it was anime but I loved that movie so so much. I literally feel in love with anime right then and there. It took me years to find out what that movie was. But I ended up finding out it was anime and also found out that the show I used to watch all the time on UPN called Dragon Ball Z was anime as well and I’ve loved anime ever since! But it wasn’t until Toonami and Adult Swim where I was just mesmerized by how many different anime genres and shows there were ou there lol. Sorry, I’m getting way off topic my bad lol. 🤦🏾♂️
