Anyone who thinks endo pain can be managed by paracetamol or ibuprofen has no understanding of endo pain. Opioids barely put a dent in the pain for many women. To suggest OTC painkillers is insulting.

@@tianashepherd6934 You must be very lucky then because this is not the experience of most endo sufferers. I have stage 4 endo and to get ibuprofen to make ANY difference, I'd have to take 6 extra strength, 2-3 times a day. It wouldn't eliminate my pain but it would make it bearable so I can stand up. Don't invalidate other women's pain because you're lucky to not have it as bad. There are endometriosis cases that have little to no pain as well but this is not the typical scenario.

But it didn't happen soon after the tube which was blocked turned into hydrosalpinx with cyst come back again. Doctor has told me to go for IVF - firstly they retrieved my egg then had laproscopy again with left tube removal. Then transfer me the 2 embryo out of 8 unfortunately the implantation failed. Now am fed up with all the medicines just stopped visiting hosp and practicing yoga and healthy diet and hopping to conceive naturally 🙁

Were these women diagnosed by laparoscopy or just given a suspected diagnosis based on symptoms alone? If this is from a specific study, do you know what was considered effective management? Being in the state made me remember the woman with the issue of blood in the bible, the unnecessary bleeding doesn't ever cease to stop. When I was told about Dr Iyhere. I booked an appointment with him online, he made the herbs available to me as soon as possible. The bleeding ceased since that very day.
