Thanks for sharing, Janet. I would use these as mini pizza bases too. I know they won't come out crispy but that doesn't bother me. I love that they are so quick & easy to make!
Thank you for sharing. It is the same recipe as all of the others except it is poured into a mold that keeps it thicker than pouring onto a parchment paper. I just used a smaller pan with a higher lip and poured it and came out fine. The taste is the same as all of the others I have tried.
Well I just learned something about portioning into molds by using a measuring cup, thanks! One of those 'duh' moments for me, lol. I did try these when I saw Steve's video as well (never tried the pouring on a baking sheet method). But since I never can leave a good recipe well enough alone, I added shredded cooked chicken breast and some shredded mozzarella into the mix and used some oblong rounded-end silicone molds I bought through one of your links a while back - I think you used them for garlic bread. Anyway, I use the result for little pizza bases and I do freeze them and pull them out for later use. They're great for getting in more protein, a little thicker, and not quite as floppy which works out better for the pizza base. Thanks for another useful video!
I saw Serious Keto Steve's video too and plan to try the recipe after I receive the silicone mold from Amazon. I like the seasonings you used. I was thinking of maybe adding a little parmesan cheese to them after turning. To me they look like the perfect size for a sandwich or a burger. Thanks for sharing. I miss bread so much!
@@a.h.kfoury6909 You can try adding the apple cider vinegar but the batter doesn't have a whole lot of ingredients to soak up so you might taste the vinegar.
@@crystalcarter8994 I wouldn't. If the egg and cottage cheese ratio isn't right the breads won't cook right. Honestly the egg taste isn't strong. Once the toppings were all on the bread I really didn't notice it. If you're worried about it you can try adding a little more dry seasonings.
The 1/3 cup measurement into the molds is a great tip, thanks!

Thank you so much for experimenting with different recipes. It does take time to figure things out. 🤔

Thank you Janet for this flat bread, it looks excellent. I would add a small spoon of apple vinegar for the egg taste. What do you think?

Could you add more cottage cheese to lessen the egg taste if it were to bother someone?

I don't think the tase will bother me. I was just curious. Thank you :)

Can they be frozen?
@@loriautz417 Yes these can be frozen. Make sure to put parchment paper between the breads so they don't stick together
