It amazes me how young you are but are full of knowledge! You give such great advice. I wish I knew these things many years ago when I was younger. But I’m learning about the breathing techniques. I noticed I actually hold my breath unconsciously very often. I’m super stressed but I’m going to implement many of your ideas. I always have my first cup of coffee on an empty stomach. I will change that tomorrow. I’m extremely impressed by you. Keep up the great work and thank you for the time you spend sharing this with us. ❤

And it's so interesting that you noticed you're holding your breath unconsciously, it honestly excites me so much that you're learning about the breathing techniques. When I was doing my first yoga teacher training in India, we were doing one whole hour of breath work every morning, and it truly felt SO life changing. The amount of calm energy you feel from it is incredible. That makes me so happy to hear, thank you!! 😍 At the moment I'm only using small weights (1-2kg) and ankle weights, but weight training it's actually something I wanted to focus more on this year, I think the older you get, the more important it gets for like bone health and so, so definitely on my list!! Are you doing any weight training?
