YES!! Thank you!! You explained in 4 minutes, without saying a word, what these other tutorials have taken as long as 35 minutes. God send. New subbie here!!
I know right! Why do they have to talk so much??? "...then place your hand here..." REALLY??? LIKE YOU JUST DID IN THE VIDEO?????? lol they drive me crazy. I love chatty people, I'm a chatter myself, but not in a learning or teaching situation. I worked in factories where I taught people who couldn't speak English at all, how to do all kinds of jobs. My superiors were like "I told them x number of times how to do that" and I was like... *eyeroll*
@@febbiekatedelacruz5708 if it's the same one, I found myself shouting "for the love of God please stop talking for a minute!" at the screen. The lady certainly likes the sound if her own voice.
Thank you...had been a while since I’ve installed an invisible zipper without the zipper foot and as soon as you began to iron I remembered how to do it.😊
Thank you for this video tutorial..we need this kind of video,.not too fast to easy to understand not always repeat the video like other tutorial videos. Like me,.first time sew my invincible zipper. More videos like this. God bless.🥰😘
This was perfect!!! It was the normal foot that made the difference. In the past I’ve battled with a zipper foot, and tried just hugging the zip as closely as poss but it wasn’t great. But success!!
Merry Christmas and I hope you have a wonderful new year! I just got the chance to sit down, hand sewing and binge watching your channel. It has been a difficult year for sure.
Hey thank you for the tutorial, i'll try it soon. Iam a newbie in sewing and i don't feel like to buy the specific sewing foot hehehe... Thank you again
I know you used different feet in this tutorial, but your video inspired me to use my 10C edgestitch foot to get as close to the zipper teeth as I could, after my 4 zipper foot with the needle to the very edge could not. Thank you so much.
I feel like an idiot for not understanding what's happening in this video at all - I've tried to come back to it so many times, it's just hard for my brain to understand when I'm not seeing it done on an actual garment I think? maybe my dress is just not many to have a zipper lol
Thank you for this video on how to sew this without an invisible zipperfoot. I would have appreciated hearing your voice explain rather than the music and text.
Damn. I was thinking u would use a regular zipper foot but you showed how to use a standard. Now i dont need to wait to ship one i can start working on projects now
Thank you! Just one question...what about the bit at the bottom near the zip pull....how do you close that? or don't you? Is that part of the whole invisible zip thing?
It would be REALLY helpful if you wouldn't use fabric that looks identical on the right and wrong side. It would also be helpful if you used your voice. Then the shots over the top are all blurry, so it's hard to tell which way the zipper is facing. I appreciate the effort, but this isn't going to do it.
This a horrible video. The fabric should be patterned on one side, so you know which is the 'wrong' side. The pieces should be, say, a neckline, so you can see how far to hold the zipper back from the edge. The iron could melt the coil- no mention of that. And the music sucks.
First off, the music "sucking" has to do with your own personal opinion of the music you like. It has nothing to do with the informative quality of the video. And yes, it would have been easier to understand with a fabric with an obvious right and wrong side, but it still shows how to sew the invisible zipper and has helped a lot of people.

Amazing! The tutorial I watched before this was 42(!!) minutes long and used 3 different presser feet. This is great!
OMG SAME AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET IT

Also watched the 42 min video and followed the instructions as per the video, but it was still an epic fail.

easier to follow - for me - if fabric had obvious right and wrong side

Thank you! You too!
Since I have never sewn a zipper, I guess this will be my go-to for any invisible zipper I may need to make in the future. :-)
I think this is easier than most other zippers!

I would have preferred the demo on an actual garment, but thank you for proving you don’t need a zipper foot.

You really explained it in detail thanx sweety .looking forward to your next tutorials
Thank you! Just one question...what about the bit at the bottom near the zip pull....how do you close that? or don't you? Is that part of the whole invisible zip thing?
You close that with a regular zipper foot. There will be a tiny hole that can never be closed.
