The last comparison is not a good one because bees are doing things independently, which humans can't do even in swarms. So if humans think in swarms, it does not mean that they can do more than a bee swarm. Quite the opposite, maybe one human can think objectively, but many humans have to argue, and there will always be someone who is against the majority. We will always face the problem of greed, pride, and so on. And this differentiates us from animals

We do to some extend, not as complexly as bees,ants,locust,birds, and fish but to some extend we can come together to form something similar to collective thinking
Not in an effective repeatable way...more collective thinking by accident.
Imagine if an election was run and re-run again and again same participants same information presented would we get the same answer.
As a student of human behaviour you can absolutely guess you ask the same question to an individual at different times (say morning afternoon and night) "are you hungry?" you will get different answers.
It is the same difference as an election - there are changes which impact the thinking process. Changes which cant be captured every election.
but in exactly what way are u doing this, you are saying it is not simple polling than what is it ?

From what I understand swarm is much more dynamic. In polling each individual makes a single decision in a single moment. With swarming,individuals are asked to not just report on there judgements/feelings but act on them intuitively over time, which would remove a lot of the bias that our brains naturally create. Idk...thats what ive gathered so far. I just started looking into swarm intelligence this morning. It's interesting as fuck tho. Ive always had a feeling that this type of informational processing predictions would come into fruition in the future.
Keep in mind that the answers produced are still based off of the human brain...which in and of itself is based off of a collection of discovery of long periods of time.
I don't get how what he described is different than normal statistics..
In fact, he's little ball with the magnets kind of looks like a spider chart graph.
But instead of seeing all the percentages, you are left with only the best answer.
Though that answer is not concealed in normal charts.

What is the difference between giving a vote through a poll vs thinking like a system?
By voting you are polarizing and not reaching on a consensus. For example let's say there were 3 person who are running for president. Person A, B and C got 40%, 38% and 32% vote respectively. Now even if person A got majority there maybe the case that most of B and C supporter combined hated A so they voted for B and C as an alternative option.

I compare this "swarm" (Unanimous version building consensus from all stimulae ) Vs "vTaiwan" (a platform for building consensus from filtered stimulae)
Unanimous : The swarm has arrived at a "better" conclusion than the individual but it appears to be wasteful (time effort iteration) by random process walking (or sleep walking) to a solution.
vTaiwan : The collective has arrived at a "better" conclusion than a pair with a less wasteful (iterative) filtering process walking to a solution.

i cant fidn the video there was a video that was playign a racing game and he was useing swarm bots to race..... i started to think ...... "sin" means a bad swarm bot.... hell for the delted and only the best of the best maeks it to heavan, God allready tried it with us havign all knowlage and that failed, so now he is swarm bottign us with limited knowlage...... satan was once gods best friend, not that i fell "sorry" for satan, he hates us, but just puts it into preceptive if HE WAS CAST OUT then what makes us sure we wotn fall again? it is so complex and confusing yet told it is so "simple"

UNU did not fail. The output from UNU was far more accurate than originally expected. That made it too valuable a platform to give away for free for casual social use, so it became a closed platform for corporate customers.
@@UNANIMOUSAI That's a shame, it was doing pretty fine publically. There should at least be a simpler version still available to the public, since it has tremendous potential not just for businesses...
