You have excellent reviews, sir. Not only how something works, but why it's a benefit. 😎👍

Mark, som of us dudes weighing over 210 also have prominent tailbones! Great recommendation. I have had so many “burns” on my tailbone from sit-ups over the years i am probably scarred back there at this point

Shipping is $17 and Amazon doesn't sell it. $62 total

At $110 (with shipping and tx.) from Rogue Canada, I think I'll Gorilla Glue my Amazon Abmat to a spare old four foot sit up mat that I have laying around. 😛

I am from Malaysia and I just saw your review on Rouge wise crack Abmat review. I would like to purchase 1 but it's not available in Malaysia. Please let me where I can order it in US. TQ

I'm so happy for you that you had lots of models on your mat. Your job must be wonderful. I hope you have plenty more in the time that you have left. Best of luck in your endeavours on your mat. I can see why you take it every where.

Do you choose to pop the collar? Or are you so easy going you're like "Meh, it goes where it wants"?

Bought one several years ago on Rouge Black Friday sale. 25% off and free shipping. I have always used my hands under my butt to elevate my tailbone. This is easier.

Please review the collars rogue makes to make your kettle bell slightly heavier, the set of 2 1.5 lb weights look like a great way to walk a 10lb bell up to a 15 without hurting my chubby middle aged female self but not worth it it they don't stay put

Good review video but what's up with the popped collar?

I made that after teaching a fight session. Popped collars protect the neck from the armor moving around. It’s also super helpful if you are training in plates
