Found another piece of lore!! After "Thrall Way", before you get to ogre fight, pay attention to the cliffs on the left! Where all the blast thingys on the wall you jump up to a statue. If you jump and look above you while ascendant you will see platforms. Jump along them and you will see bones on a cliff across the chasm. Go through the bones and you will see bones you can grab! Finally finished this solo today! I highly recommend Riskrunner for the final boss fight. Makes you near invulnerable and it deals pretty substantial damage to the Fatesmiths!
I can’t believe I found this on accident. I legit just unlocked the city and was like “let’s go explore because my curiosity is the devil!” And then I tried the mission over and over until I gave up.
I love that he calls it Anor Londo. Dreaming City gives off some major Dark Souls vibes, you can clearly see the inspiration bungie took from From Software
This video was well thought out and put together unlike some other RUclipsr who has more views n likes for what was essentially supposed to be the same video. Keep it up man. Great quality, also made very easy to understand and walk along to. I can see the effort
years later finally did my first solo flawless dungeon, could've ages ago but never been bothered but since LFG is down and every other third party service cause bungie doesn't work weekends guess Id run this duengon for the weekly pinicle
One more set of ahamkara bones in there, part way up the taken boop walls you climb in The Descent, you turn around and hop on a statue's head then a ledge, and ascendant platforms spawn (need queensfoil tincture).
heres a tip for those of you who have the crash issue, if you walk around the statue to the back it switches from examine to approach and this will allow you to skip the crash and present the talisman and get the new secret mission (:
I need a video overviewing ALL the new crap they’ve released since the raid launched. I’m a casual player and get overwhelmed with all the new stuff (which is so cool - gg Bungie, this has been awesome)...plus, I unluckily had a vacation planned right as the raid dropped 😭
I think this is right where it should be, which is optional and you have to seek it out. If regular strikes where like this solo queuing while your clan or friends are not on line (or when they quit playing like Yr1) would be a nightmare.
turning in the talisman lets you start the quest to get the wish ender. you have to go out and eliminate specific targets, then return to the statue later to turn in the quest and get the bow.
So in anor londo there is a ball you can find in the back part of it that you can hold if you carry the ball to a statue that is missing a ball in the same room you can give it the ball. it clearly does something but i never knew what
I've tried to solo shattered far too long now. I've tried to get help from my clanmates, multiple discord channels, Reddit, xb live, the d2 app, and 3rd party sites. I'm gonna,take a break from playing this week and just do a paid recov next go around for the wish ender quest.
Ads do not desapwn during damage phase. The amount of time we had to shift to one end of the room because they spawned as we took down the ogres shields
So what’s not said in this video is that once you hand in the dreaming city rock or whatever you get 3 tokens and you’ll have to come back to the Dungeon again and kill the 3 mini bosses for these tokens and then you’ll get the wish ender bow

lol i almost solo-ed this. mostly because everyone kicks me off since i have 560 light. my strat... stay far away and snipe the adds and for the majors, once they are alone use supers, grenades, long distance melee, and heavy ammo
@@alliedanchor8864 I ended up doing it , managed to one phase the final boss. The ogre room was a nightmare. Its wierd recently took a team of 3 of, 2 phases to kill the final boss.
I thought it was just a secret Story Mission. So I came in there ludicrously underleveled (about 40 under) and got insta-killed by damn near everything that existed
I got the first bones a while back and they weren't the ones you picked up in this video, so you might want to tell people that the order you pick them up isn't what they may get.
I went into the mission at 562 solo...made it as far as the Keeper of Perditions room before I threw in the towel. Kind of sad I missed collectables and such. Also: the first boss encounter is 590 enemies. Not sure why that wasn't noted.
Hey Datto, just curious if you know what the arc charge in the Anor Londo area does? It seems when you place it in the statues hand on the right side of the room, a charge then appears in the Thrallway. I have no idea what it is used for but I thought I'd ask about it. Not sure if you get to it in the video yet as I'm only 4 minutes in.
Did Bungie nerf the Tractor Cannon ir change the Shattered Throne in any way? Before Shadowkeep I was able to hit all three of the big Knights with the Tractor Cannon and then blow them away with a single Nova Bomb. Now post-Shadowkeep they aren't killed by the Nova Bomb. They take serious damage, but before it was enough to completely destroy them and now it's not.
So the Anor Londo joke is funny and all, but I actually can’t tell where that is and him calling it that is making it so I don’t actually know where to go. Is it at before the Thrall Hall or the Ogre Rafters or where?

What I'm wondering is once you've given your talisman can you go back into it again with two people who have still got their talismans. I havr 2 friends who just started the forsaken campaign do I have to wait for them to grind up or will I be able to help them once they get to 560ish?
