- The T'au Empire face a new generation of Ultramarines! Sam visited our studio for his 10th birthday and brought with him his impressive Ultramarines force. Enjoy this abridged battle between Nick and his T'au versus Sam and his Ultramarines. Warhammer 40k in 15-minutes-ish.

Nick is clearly a bad influence. His mere presence is making Sam split fire.
He has a 6 ft aura bubble that causes people within that radius to have the insatiable urge to split fire
There be a new god forming in the warp...the god of Split Firedom! And it looks like Nick >:)
Abilities: Splitfire [aura], when an enemy 10 year old is within 6ft of Nick, the 10 year old must split fire.
Sam wins by default the pure joy he shows is the ultimate factor here
To think we were once that kid. Seems like a lifetime ago. But it's nice to see your younger self in other new humans.

Man is the only positive example of a manchild that I know of by name.
I know I roast Nick for being a doofus sometimes but this has got to be some of the best 40k content out there as far as production quality and enthusiasm.

Sam's Dreadnought instantly wiping out an entire breacher squad was what sold me on his military prowess, good job Sam!
This was adorable and well played to Sam, taking a break form the rules and having some fun with the final duel
that was a great battle "ultramarines plot armor" and the duel. for the 15 mins idea i personally i like the 40 mins the 15 mins felts more of a recap then a report but still happy to watch
That is honestly an awesome birthday gift lol.
Tak dropping off Guilliman was hilarious. Even better was the final duel where the Riptide pulls a custom sword by channeling the power of anime.
Easily the most wholesome 40k video I’ve ever seen. Sam welcome to the Grimdarkness of the far future and I’m glad to see you having a great time.

Sam is the only one to ever roll a 4+ on Guilliman getting back up
game design-wise, this rule sounds so incredibly bad! Glad they had fun with it here, as mighty models one-hitting each other and the first to go winning isn't exactly edge of your seat exciting.

I had just been thinking about when this lil dude showed on your channel! Had to be one of the most fun episodes I’d ever watched. You guys rock for helping make his day so freakin awesome! Guys like Nick are the reason I started playing when I was Sams age. Having someone show that much enthusiasm for the game and his opponent is HUGE. This video has every reason I love this hobby 20 years later

I really enjoyed this format. 15 minutes of ongoing gameplay makes everything a nice, crunchy lunch video, and Sam was a joy to watch with his bottomless enthusiasm. I hope to see more of these Warhammer in 15 minutes!
Well done Sam!! I have no doubt he's a good player. When i was 12 i won a Space Hulk tournament at my local store. I was passionate in that youthful way and thought about the game all the time. I spent a lot on GW but stayed out of trouble and made great friends!! Nice to see a younger generation still enjoying tabletop and sharing it as a family activity!!!

I loved this! Short form videos like this are a great way to introduce more people to this side of the hobby. Plus, Sam looked like he was having a blast! I wish I could have had that much fun with Warhammer at that age!

That was superb, well done again guys, you nail it everytime. Would love to see more smaller yet faster paced games like this one. But what ever you do, keep it coming, loving it.
As always, very well done everyone. Personally I enjoy the 40min version more since I feel a lot more invested because the tension builds up each turn. This was lovely but feels a bit more like a recap (still with your trademark polish, humor and care) with less intensity to the turns/overall battle plans.
But thank you for doing it, it is so genuinely heartwarming to see you guys care and enjoy the hobby and do this for a kid. Lovely, you guys are great.

4:13 it’s sometimes astounding how often firewarriors can stay in a slap fight with space marines.
I had a unit playing patty cake with grey hunters for like two turns before a wolf guard battle leader came in and started chopping off heads.
Format is great, I would watch anything with this level of production. So whatever facilitates that best, is best
Awesome battle report, love the Ultramarine Plot Armour! I remember getting into this hobby as a young chap and feel that this game is great for teaching kids how to play strategically, how to win and lose with humility, and the skills they learn form the creative aspect of the hobby. I will be sharing this on the Young Tabletop Gamers NZ page, as I think they will really enjoy this!
