But I definitely recommend taking the hardened metal drive shafts. And from what I see I don't know how good the fat Viper motor is going to be! I also have one on the way to test. In my opinion the normal brushed motors especially the 48t purple motor has been really reliable and performs great. Everything else on your list is perfect for your build. Yep fully built! It does seem like the body sits very high but if you're going to look at some pictures of upgraded Cherokee Jeeps online you will see it doesn't look very different! And to be perfectly honest it performed really well around the backyard course, considering it went straight from the table to the course! I think it performed really well. And it looks mean! @@add_the_pro4593 I have used every single lcg chassis they have come out with, and so far I haven't broken one! I also haven't heard of too many people that have broken them! But you have the new option that is available from Injora, the LCG aluminium Universal chassis.
I went for the 59mm shocks, and with those portal axles it has given it an awesome lifted look. Yeah with the 68 mm you are definitely going to need that extra lift 😅 Thanks for watching bro, and I really appreciate the comment 🤜💥🤛
It sits high but the service sits in between the chassis! Of course when crawling and the suspension is articulating it's normal for it to extend! And the reason there is a huge gap is because this chassis ment for the lay down Servo setup. The reason it's it's so high is only because of the portal axles
Does anyone know if the 1.3 wheels and tires run with the fenders or bumpers? I have the defender with defender LCG chassis but unfortunately it seems like all the other bodies don’t fit this chassis meaning I have to get the universal one or the Baja looking body and jeep one that basically is the chassis pls lmk
I don't think it will be possible to run the 1.3 wheels and tires with the bumpers and fenders on the original defender or Bronco even the high Trail Ford and K10 would have the same problem. The maximum size for the Bronco is 62 mm tires that you can run, and the largest tires you can run on the defender is the 58 without it rubbing and catching everywhere. Even with the aftermarket bumpers. I do believe you can run the Rubicon Jeep and the Cherokee Jeep body with the Bronco and Defender lcg chassis. I know that the ir-40 is not compatible with those chassis. But I have seen people make it work. The ir60 I am not sure as I haven't built one yet.
@@rcfungames i actually just ordered a few more things and I’ll see if I can show you or let you know if it works out. So you can atleast show it or if anyone else has the same question u could help. I did cut my body for the defender up a good amount but it still looks pretty decent for my first time.
Love the way injora bodies look but their mounts are terrible they always make thr bodies sit 30 feet above the chassis I can't stand how they look like that. I would just use magnets myself and get the body a mile lower
@@Thegreatpnw_rc they pretty cool I just don't like the way they clip on and off as they are very difficult to put on. with how high it sits, does it matter about the chassis hitting the lay down servo? because to me theres a huge gap above the servo
Can you send it to Vietnam?
If I ever make it on RUclips I definitely will!
But for now I can barely afford to make new content for my channel
So what's the final $$$ on all this set up all in one shot?? $300? $500?
@@MRSOMEBODYRC it ends up somewhere around 400$ 450$.
@@rcfungames cool, thanks!
Because of portal axles it reverses it
@@Deathseth101exactly that's exactly what happens when you put the portal axles.
Just flip the motor plug
Love the way injora bodies look but their mounts are terrible they always make thr bodies sit 30 feet above the chassis I can't stand how they look like that. I would just use magnets myself and get the body a mile lower
@@Thegreatpnw_rc they pretty cool I just don't like the way they clip on and off as they are very difficult to put on.
This one only sits so high because I built with portal axles, my Jeep Rubicon build sits nice and low, I'm not a big fan of them sitting up so high but it's nice to have something different for different type of trails!
Really appreciate you watching bro and taking the time to leave me a comment. 👊😉
