Hello and thanks for watching! The answer is YES, you can make huge profits with Tax Liens and Tax Deeds.. But like any investment, you need to know what you are doing. We have coaching members buying and selling property every week and making returns of 100% to 1000%+ on each deal. But you can also loose money if you don't fully research the property. So its important to get educated before you start investing. Thanks, Stephen

Hello Louise, thanks for checking out my videos. Massachusetts tax sale auctions are a little bit different then other types of states. They have 3 types of auctions called Tax Title Sales, Tax Collector Deed Sales and Tax Foreclosure sales. Most auction are the "Tax Title Sales" where they offer the property with a 6-Month redemption period and a 16% return. So if the property owner pays back the lien the investor will get their money back plus a 16%. If the property owner does not pay back the taxes then after 6-months the investor can foreclose on the property. The "Tax Collector Deed" and the "Tax Foreclosure" sales are sold similar to a tax deed. Thanks, SJ Swenson
This was fantastic! You really are a great teacher.🏆 Thank you!💯
