Even though I was distracted with two such beautiful and lovely ladies, I think I actually learned something very important with moving my hand grip to the top of the hoods for improving power and reducing stress. I tried such this evening and was very impressed. I started riding March last year and it has taken me 16,000 km to figure this out. I guess better late than never. Thanks coach Cruz

I'm working with my junior national team and we travel and meet people at races from all around the globe. So thought it could have been from a race.
