NO TRESPASSING! Fishing a City Canal for Bass! (BUSTED!!!)

Today we are fishing a city canal in Chandler Arizona. The Phoenix area has a vast network of canal systems that feed and flush water through most parts of the surrounding cities. A variety of fish live there, mostly home to Large Mouth Bass, Catfish, Carp, and many Sunfish species. Some of them are legal to fish some aren't, ALL have good fish in them, so make sure you read the signs and have permission to fish! Good luck out there!

I had a long drawn-out response as to thinking the guy was out of his lane and you were perfectly fine fishing there. Then I remembered the about the RWCD. I was then able to confirm the logo on the side of the truck was the same as some of their older vehicle's. According to their website, you can't fish their canals. Which sucks, because SRP allows you to fish their canals. That's stupid.

I honestly had no idea. The sign "next to me" said no hunting. Lol, but it's all good he was cool, and I caught 6 fish before I had to go. so it's a win.

They restrict us fishermen in Arizona enough, enough.. didn't need that.. most of the dams blocked up fenced in, it's Arizona for you........

But if you work for SRP etcetera you have keys to get in the fenced area,, that's not right that's not right
