    Have you noticed a difference when eating a fresh salad for lunch vs. something cooked? I definitely noticed that I do not have any "food comas" any longer :)

    i love raw sunflower seeds, walnuts & carrots, garlic, but i still love garlic & onions sauteed in olive oil. i still cannot give up veggie burgers and veggie chili which hv to be cooked. so i am still not completely raw, but 90% - i still hv yogurt once a month or so, so i am still more vegetarian which i hv been since teenger

      I hear you about some cooked food. It is hard to give up but you can slowly create raw versions of your favorite foods. But, hey, you are still doing so much better than most of the population. :) And thank you so much for sharing!
