Food for Thought: Many Singaporeans love Japanese culture, food and even. visiting Japan for vacation. However many of us don’t always know where best to go or what best to eat and do for the real experience. The fact that most Japanese websites don’t translate well to English certainly doesn’t help. Perhaps you can consider doing a Japan travel-guide reviewing and recommending hotels, places of interest and restaurants. I believe many of your existing viewers would appreciate an insight by a true blue Japanese like you. It could also be helpful to viewers in culturally-similar neighbouring countries like Malaysia and Indonesia. If you are looking to increase your viewership and subscribers, these other two countries are are a even bigger market.
This is just my two cents worth if you ever thought of expanding your channel, hope you don’t mind.

Im a Singaporean with a Japanese husband and we are residing in Japan with kids. I think its really a good idea u decided to stay put in Singapore because if u have kids, the kindergarten life of a mum here and those PTAs stuffs could really be too much for a Singaporean to take it. 😅

@@blueraineee You have to do many volunteering, join PTA (like our parent support group), be involved in many many events. And you also get judged by other moms if you somehow do something different. The moms there forms clique, and can sometimes cause a child to be outcasted.

Glad to see you so happy :) although I’m in no position to make this decision, I feel that you should consider keeping your wife’s identity a secret as she’s not a public figure. There are a lot of public couples in Singapore where they’re under a lot of stress because they’re in the public eye (eg. RyanSylvia) which slowly affected their relationship negatively. I came across your channel a few months ago, watched a couple of videos about Singapore. I have been living in Singapore for more than 15 years, married a local too! It was such a breath of fresh air to see life in Singapore through your lens. Though the content are just your daily life, I feel that that's what matters. Maybe it is true that family ties are generally stronger in SG than in Japan, but unfortunately I do not feel the same for myself, and feel that my siblings-in-law are not that close either?
