Honestly the best fender eliminator I've seen for this bike. I like how you tucked it further back than most the ones that are available. Good work.

Your editing is good. It's entertaining watching you work. I like how you include the little mistakes.

Wow. That's excellent. Good job! Would like to see a wider shot of the whole bike and straight on from the rear.

Cool job, after adding a short fender, I did the same on my Street Twin, but I had the bracket CNC cut and powder coated commercially, Cheaper than doing it myself.

Nice work...cool edits. At the end of the day its probably quicker and easier to drop 60 bucks on tidy....BUT if you ask me a fun day in the home shop goofing around and coming up with a cool solution like yours...PRICELESS. Great job and ya got me to subscribe. Thanks for the content.

The Sandman is an Aussie icon fro the mid 70s loved for their go any where and can sleep in the back they were nick named the shagging wagen. They came out with an Aussie built 308ci v8 later replaced with a chev 350. They are rare but never the less loved by all aussies.

@@mattybhoy1888 First thing I noticed in the video! I was too young for it to be a shaggin wagon, but Mum and Dad had one. Maybe its where I came from :D

That was great....I'm hopefully buying a Triumph scrambler 1200 soon and have been trying to work out how to do a tail tidy. It's something that massively improves the aesthetics...especially here in the UK where we have huge ugly number plates and a ton of plastic junk ruining the rear view of our bikes! Cheers, Steve

Dude nice work! I will attempt this myself. Just bought a Speed Twin last week :) Sadly New Rage Cycles doesn't make a fender delete kit for the Speed Twin yet. Keep it up! Enjoying your channel, especially as a new Speed Twin owner myself - Ride Safe

Check out the Baak motorcycle side plate mount for the Bonneville collection. It will also fit the new speed twin.
I received mine last week, now waiting for bike to arrive at the dealer!

Very cool and custom. Can you do a video on what you used for the powder coating bit. I saw the toaster oven and powder but what did you use to stop the metals and what did you use to blow the power on the materials? It looks fairly simple and like something I'd like to try

That is the best Tidy for that bike bar none, so expect a special order request once my 2018 Indian Roadmaster Elite sells and I drop 600 lbs in bike weight and buy my black Speedy. And a question with respect to your choice of the yellow Öhlins rear shocks, did you consider the fully adjustable Fox shock upgrade offered by Triumph for the Bonny 120, I’m not a fan of yellow look wise though Ohlins are superb. Did your ride quality really improve ?

    • @AdamCroll

The ohlins springs will be powder coated eventually, it was just too good of a deal to pass up.

David Parker I have never scraped the plate yet! I’ve been pushing the pace lately too. So I think I’m in the clear of it touching my rear tire!
