- You guys have been waiting for my response around the recent Twitter 🕊️ controversy, so here we go ❌
I was put through the wringer regarding my thread on how a credit card 💳 can save you upwards of 10 lakhs 💸
While it may seem preposterous here’s how you do it 👇🏻
Banks 🏦 consider your credit score while sanctioning a loan to you. A bad credit score will get you a loan with a steep interest rate. While someone with a good credit score 😎can get a cheaper loan upwards of 1-1.5% cheaper.
The easiest way to improve your score and be eligible for cheaper loans would be by developing a good credit history 📖 by repaying credit card bills on time.

For ambani its nothing but for us its huge amount. for more than 50% of our population 10 lakhs is more than a yearly total income. So the catch is we see that sharan the financial storm targets only crorepatis in his videos. So as it's not so useful for us, we atleast watch them for his funny acts and content. 🤭😉

My score is always above 800 still the bank is not ready to reduce the interest rate. I told them i am transferring and they said ok u can transfer. They have not even asked why u are transferring. These influencers are telling fake things some of
Exactly. I have sbi max gain loan. My roi is 9.65%. Back then my cibil was bad. Now my crif cibil is 799. Still bank says they cant reduce roi. They are even ok if i want to switch to other bank.
No banks would negotiate on interest rate., Maybe 0.5% can be negotiated by refinancing from other banks. One cannot negotiate 1.5% of banks and are not "Kya fuk kya abe"

So basically to decrease the home loan interest rate, you need to increase the credit score by taking a credit card and increase the expense
After negotiation the rate is fix for perticular period of 6 to 1 year after that it will bring to ROI rate for all the same

After watching all videos like this i tried to negotiate with my bank to reduce interest but they straight away denied
Yeah yeah. Use credit cards and spend money on things you don't need with money you actually don't have, and then pay high interest rates. Banks love this so much. When you pay cash, you can feel how much money you are spending. How quickly Sharan started scamming us, when he is popular for saving us from scammers.
I believe 8.35 is max you can do with cibil score.

As explained by Sharan, I have enquired about Auto-Sweep facility on breaking bank FD. No employee in the bank knows about it. Legit business terms are bad word in the corporate world across the world. Why emphasising too much on the terms that doesn't even exist?

1. Credit card can also make your credit score low (If you use above 30% or if you don't pay before due date)
2. Nobody gives loans at 7%
3. You can just simply improve Credit score by Loans alone by paying before deadline.
4. Credit cards have Annual Fees and Higher Interest rates which are lot higher than Cashbacks.
5. When an Influencer Promote Credit card it's always a Paid Promotion not Financial Education.

I took home loan in dec 2021 at 6.8 % and after rbi hikes it reached to 9.3% .. so went for a take over and best they offered is 8.75% . My bank came to know this and they are ready to reduce the rate to 8.7%. my score is 772 now earlier it is 799... It reduced because I am using credit card upto full utilisation and repaying which is wrong thing but its unavoidable for few months. Go for a take over now and enjoy but demand banker for a repo linked home loan. Its beneficial.
I have sbi max gain home loan. SBI guys say they cant reduced based on my lateset cibil score. Now my crif cibil score is 799. My current roi is 9.65% ☹️. I cant transfer it to other banks. But i want sbi max gain like option.

Credit score and bank loan doesn't work proportionally and we can't negotiate with bank for low interest rate, but loan amount might be increased to some extent and income tax also play key role...credit score is big scam
We took home loan in SBI with interest rate 7.1 in 2019 and now in 2024 they increased to 9.5% We went to bank and ask them to consider the rate of interest now its 8.6%

I took home loan from SBI in 2019. Till last month it was only 7.7%. it was even low during lock down around 7%.
