🔷Login to UPI App, scan Merchant UPI or QR code, enter the amount, select your Bank RuPay Credit Card account, enter UPI PIN, and confirm.
♦️Can I make a payment to any person or other Credit Card using the linked Bank RuPay Credit Card on UPI?
🔷No, only payment to the merchant (P2M) will be allowed from the linked Bank RuPay Credit Card.
♦️Can I link my Bank Visa/Mastercard Credit Card to UPI?
🔷No. Currently, only active RuPay Credit Cards can be linked on UPI.
♦️What are the restricted merchant categories on which customers won't be able to make payments using RuPay Credit Card on UPI?
🔷Categories - P2P, P2PM, digital account opening, lending platform, cash withdrawal at the merchant, cash withdrawal at ATM, ERUPI, IPO, Foreign Inward Remittances, Mutual Funds, and any other categories as restricted by the Axis Bank/RBI.
♦️Can I raise a chargeback or refund on the UPI app for the linked RuPay Credit Card on UPI?
🔷Yes. Chargeback or refund can be raised by connecting with the respective Bank or the UPI App on which the transaction was completed.

I am using rupay credit card but the reward points are given only spending 2000 rupee or more whereas my normal credit card gives one percent as cash back. So the conclusion is we can use rupay credit card only for cibil score to maintain

You can ask them to reverse the card fees by surrendering it. Since it's their mistake, they must agree to it. If not, you can attempt to close that card by saying that you'll close the bank account.
