Front wheel drive is a fun platform. Good to learn on and has similar driving characteristics of AWD.
It is, a lot of people think it's the boring option but you can sling a fwd into some corners card and that front end will pull you out. Plus they are by far the cheapest to get into with so many options.

Those things are so rad in racecar mode. I would love to see one tearing up a track..... but like you said if something breaks you are S.O.L.
Glad I found your channel! I currently have an awd converted civic weighing 2200lbs and 530hp. Definitely gonna turn it down but are there events where I can try out rally with it? It has a good exit exhaust so it’s way louder than 96db lol
That sounds like an absolute animal. To be honest I have yet to attend an event that checks the dB on the exhaust. I am glad we threw this cat on ours though. It added some backpressure which has actually helped it and it's more pleasant to drive. It was almost painfully loud to drive on track even with a helmet on before.
