the tricky part of this chain is using clutch and not the wheel like many other brands and models. thanks for the video, I managed to fix mine back when the chain came off loose.

Thanks. I watched like 5 of these but for some reason it was not tightening. I am probably just stupid but following this worked. How the knob tightens the chain is still a mystery to me but it works!

How to actually OPEN the KNOB?, in the video it looks like it just goes off when you unscrew it but in our case - it is stuck!
