Honestly, I clicked on this just to what in the world you could say about LA & HAs for 20 mins. Ended up watching the whole thing and learned a ton of stuff I never knew. Good stuff! Keep it up man.

I liked that as you got further into the video your explanation got more complex. Started with explaining what light and heavy attacks do at a base level, and then you got into the different bonuses from talents and traits and whatnot, then on to more complex things like set bonuses and buffs. It was well paced without jumping around and without explaining more than I needed for the skill at hand. Great video. +1 from me.

Don't laugh, but today from your video, I learned that if I hold down the left button it creates the heavy attack. I always thought the heavy was when you combine a light+ability. For that...thank you. Learned something new.
this is super helpful. I came from years of everquest and WoW which have auto attack. I always felt that it's kinda redundant and doesn't contribute to the gameplay in a meaningful way. ESO white text attacks on the other hand confused me a great deal. Now that you've explained the decision making involved in doing light vs heavy attacks, I can see how interesting combats are in ESO.
If you have slow internet, you can really benefit from armors like undaunted infiltrator and infallible aether (he mentioned both) which make your heavy and light attacks hit harder. Sometimes this can up your dps if your internet is a snail fest.

The video cleared up what Light Attacks are, and alas cleared up Weaving but it is now (2024) evidently two years after ESO made major changes to the game that evidently weakened the impact of Weaving. Still this is an outstanding video (worthy of subscribing) I would like to know what was the add-on(?) that you used to show all the data you showed?

You def filled some gaps for me. Love my argonian sorc and still trying to figure which staff I should have on my back bar when using res. Guess its personal preference but what do the pros use?
I'm new to game & this series is nice! But real question is what skin/armour is that you are wearing? black/yellow, is it easy to find ~ also is there a thing in game to put this on any char or have to wear this gear set? P.s. your "How to get good" playlist don't have this video added to it.
Just a suggestion but you should make a series that instructs new players on where to use there skill points as they level for the certain build they are working towards for example I want to be a sting nightblade but dont know how i should progress to build it just a thought
Exactly how many ms (or % of sec | example: 175% of 1 sec) does the attack button/key have to be held down for, in order to count as a Heavy Attack, as opposed to a Medium Attack? No one ever seems to actually state this value. It's like the emperor's new cloths or something!...
I'm wondering if it's the Master's Bow animation? I have recently acquired a Maelstrom Bow and it does have a special effect when using the relevant skill.

I've been playing for a while but only recently started looking into the mechanics of the game, so this was really helpful.
Just want to say that passive for heavy armour it only takes effect if you have 5 or more pieces of heavy armour.

aha!!! that one is actually asked by many. On console hold DOWN the d-pad and move the right analog stick up and down to alter the zoom :)

I believe the outfits allow you to equip armor as cosmetics but idk

As a tank I would boot you myself, as dps, werewolf rocks..!!
I personally think that if your queued as a dps it is fine but if your queued up as a tank you have committed a mortal sin
never even thought of a tank ww that just sounds awful
WW dps are fine, WW anything else is a fail. If someone is a tank and goes WW they loose the ability to actually play their role (no taunt).
