      I don't focus on weight when it comes to fitness. I work on improving strength and stability and improving endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness. For me movement is all about what it can do for us on the inside, not the outside.

      Don't worry, things like this always look easy on camera. I am always panting, huffing & puffing doing these but it doesn't show on film. But it's a great way to get your heart rate up and work up a sweat and really challenge those muscles, all in a short 15-20 minute workout.
