The last episode was mind-blowingly trash. Just so poorly made, so amateurish in all aspects. It looked like they didn't have time to do it properly and had to rush it instead of giving the season a decent conclusion

Homelander turns up and berates Marie for protecting humans and harming 'her own'. Him and Sam basically want to rule all humans. Sort of like Magneto and his 'evil mutants' from xmen. They're certainly not the voice of reason here. Have you watched it?

Antony Starr's cameo was easily the best thing that came out of this awful, awful show. I was genuinely disappointed that Homelander didn't kill Marie, though I guess I shouldn't be surprised as she seems to have more plot armor than Rey Palpatine. The writers and showrunners should all be ashamed of themselves.
I enjoyed Soldier Boy cameo saying those goofy lines.
The best part was Cate. I really love how she took up a Magento role of the show.

Not sure about IMDb but the point is valid - reviews aren’t the de facto ‘public opinion’, people only post a review if they feel strongly about the thing, most people just go ‘that was good/shit’ and go about their day. It’s a good way to see what groups feel strongly about things and why I guess.
