Thanks! Lip sync is not there because it was not my task, it was added later on in the pipeline by some other artist. It all depends on the studio/pipeline
The "pre season" special already came out as the S4 special, I'd hazard a guess they wouldn't publish 3 different series of episodes in one year. S5 is confirmed though, and I'd assume it'll be coming January of next year like the previous seasons.
