I don’t comment on videos. But I did this and the pain I’ve been having in my elbow for weeks was gone in about three minutes… Flabbergasted. Thank you.
Bookmarked! I followed along for the stretches and am glad I did. Will try the different rows on next pull day. I feel like I'm gonna learn more from you than I did from studying to be a personal trainer. Thank you once again.
The first stretch was intense but I felt much better after it. About 2 months ago I had a surgery on my left elbow (left cubital tunnel release) and I've been needing ways to get my arms back in shape after not being about to workout for awhile. Thank you for this channel!
Wow. These exercises have changed my life. I have had tennis elbow and golfers elbow for 5 years in both arms. Cortisone injections, PRP in one elbow, physio drugs, and due an appointment with Orthopaedic surgeon next month as he said I needed surgery. Have tried all the exercises umder the sun. But my husband said to try your exercises. I was sceptical as didn't think anything could work. I have been doing them for just 4 days and the improvement is just phenomenal. I'm not out of the woods yet but it's a good start. Thankyou so much. I feel there is light at the end.of the tunnel. The thought of heing able to start lifting weights again. 🙏.
ideally you want one of those two, but if you have anything you can dangle off (maybe a heavy table, bannister, etc.) you can do some similar pull-type movements 💪🏻
After doing some bicep curls recently, I've ended up with Golfer's elbow - never heard of it before. Just put your name in my emails, and this very appropriate video turned up - will be on to those exercises - thanks Tom and Jenny :-)
@@eoinbairead3924 - to be honest, your reply prompted me to recognise the pain had gone. Not sure the exact process, but I'm thinking that with the recommendations from Tom and Jenny, and I do almost daily SMM practice, it has gone.
ofc it depends whats going on but if there isnt much pain unless those muscles are working is it stupid dto keep work out ? Cuz i am totaly dreading to stop working out , w hats ur opinion ? can i get away without going physiotherapist ?
I'll give this a go, I had a full inferior bicep rupture playing rugby just before lockdown, got surgery but no physio.. My pain started with the wrist compensation for restricted pronation at the elbow. The pain is now more elbow.
Hey, my wrists always crack and my elbows lock a lot(i cant extend them in one fluid motion sometimes). Will these help reduce this elbow locking i have? Its been a problem for well over half a year now. I also have a bit of a pain when curling anything at the base of my biceps is all this related somehow?
@@TomMorrison thanks a lot for the reply! Do i just do these a few times everyday? Also are there any other stretches I can add as I have very similar symptoms in my knees as well.
Tom, for women, certainly, hormones can have an effect. Since menopause I’ve had trigger thumb snd my elbows can be quite painful.

Excellent! Keep them up regularly and hopefully it doesn’t come back again 😄

If you don't have access to rings or a TRX, can you suggest something else that would be similarly effective? Thanks!

Would definitely be worth adding! Would probably be a few months before you would notice a change to your symptoms

You are awesome my friend !
