I watch all your tutorial videos. "The Correct Way To List on Printify and Etsy" was the best yet. It takes a long time for us newbies to grasp all the little details that go into this business, and you touched on alot of the "take for granted" items. Great - need more like this. Thanks Heather!
Heather, as someone starting their entrepreneurial journey and building my own brand, you have been an invaluable asset in learning basic ecom from the ground up and I cannot thank you enough. I contantly share your videos with my wife and basically copy everything you do (not copying designs). Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. I was floored when I saw how little views your getting! RUclips blasphemy! You should have millions of views for your valuable insights!
I love a double sided mug because I am left handed living in a right handed world! Your videos are so good, they have taught me so much and given me confidence to give POD a go in 2024
Please do a video for the Review photo cards and the Etsy QR code! I’ve seen a few listings with those cards at the end and they are all best sellers as well!! Would love to see a quick tutorial! ❤
Thank you so much for this step-by-step detailed video. This is really helpful and you're one of the best you tubers out there that genuinely takes their time and puts in effort into making awesome content. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!
Love the video❤️ I just started my print-on-demand journey and found Crafted Threads. They have a ton of designs and it saved me so much time. They have something in every niche. And lifetime updates too!!
Also i think it's really and amazing that you gave a shout out to a small business like that! People don't realize what s huge difference just those few seconds could make for someone! God bless! ❤
Thank you! 1. for being as detailed as you were. 2. for linking codes in description because for printify i was only able to find a 2 week trial so 30 day will most def help! again thank you ! :)
Double sided mugs and cups are good because some folks are left handed. That way you cover both right & left handed folks. Would love to see photocards video.
this is the funnest training...... Hahahahah I love these your videos are always so fun. Color choices are my problem, I am glad that you suggested fewer makes showcasing easier since we only have 10 spaces for pics.
Loved the video!💕 Just started my comic book collection and found Toon Haven. They offer a huge variety of digital comics for every genre, and lifetime updates too!😍
Hi Heather, Really great video. I am learning so much from you. My only comment is that it wasn't always clear what program you were working in. After you build your Printify listing, is that automatically transferring to Etsy after you publish? My apologies, I am new to this and trying to understand which system is controlling the listing and I'm not understanding that relationship. Thank you for all you do to help the newbies. Carolyn
perfect video for me. After putting 3 products through printify in Etsy I could now see what to do different or better, thanks! You did not cover the product tags. Is that important for good SEO?
Hello Heather. Thanks for this well descriptive video. Will I need to amend the mockups at every different size, or variant of a product and safe it directly for each variant like on sweaters and phone tough cases. Different colours of the mugs seems to be much easier, isn't it? Please help and thanks so much
Thank you for this amazing video. I really enjoyed it. A few questions I hope you can answer ……why do you add your preferred mock up photos after publishing? why not just add them in printify? I’m a little confused about creating my listing in printify, and then going to Etsy to change at all. but if I have to change some thing in printify the changes made an Etsy get reset😅 thank you!
Heather I'm designing tote bags but I think they look great as mock-ups with a black background. But based on what you said about the printing process, I'm wondering if these vivid colors are going to come out looking faded if using a black background
With any material that is black(such as a tote bag or black sweatshirt), designs typically are faded a bit. On tote bags, they definitely are more vivid in my experience. I am going to do a product sample video in the beginning of next year and have a sample of a black tote bag that came out really nice. I'd say the fading is about 5 to 15% opacity(if overlaying a design on a mockup image) lower in brightness dependent on the mockup images lighting- if that helps any. I wish I had a video that showed the sample already to send you but that will be in the future for certain! Hopefully this helps a bit and it's great your thinking these things!
The only thing I haven’t seen that I was looking for was how you list for “who made it?” Because I used to say “me” with production partner for the designing process. But I’ve heard different things. So, I want to make sure.
Heather, I love your videos. I have just opened a store and I am constantly referring back to them for help. I have a question about the 3-5 colors you say to offer. Do you make a new color chart when you do each listing? Or do you show all colors and only offer 3-5? Thanks for the inspiration!
Funnest! Where do you bring your design download in from? Canva? if you were using, say, a mug or t shirt, how do you introduce a mockup you've purchased or created to lay your design onto, and is a specific order required?
Hi Heather, I've been watching your videos, and thank you for your guidance! Do you have any suggestions for if Printify shows a 2-3 week delivery time on a regular 11oz white mug? This includes a 4-6 day production window from District Photo and up to a 2 week shipping time, but it seems unnecessarily long.
Thanks so much for this Heather. May I ask if we should be ticking the (I did) box in the "who made this" form on Etsy and then clicking the AI box? I heard that we have to state if we use any AI tool with our POD listings and I'm worried because I use chat GPT and Kittl's AI sometimes. Thank you x
Review card video! Ty Heather great video and info! and any info fast ways you make shop policy, reviews, size charts etc for the photo area that are quick…templates? And I may be the only one that doesn’t understand the QR code for email list with everbee…I thought we weren’t allowed to create email marketing outside Etsy for our own personal use to eventually try for Shopify or other shops and websites. And maybe this is just a landing page for customer info for Etsy use only. I’m sure this is probably me not fully understanding. I just want clarification since Etsy bots are so fast to shut down, hold or even ban a store for almost nothing at this point. Ty again Heather and anyone who reads, understands and replies!! Good luck sellers 😊
Hi Heather, thank you for making this video. After following this workflow, I learned that the data in Printify becomes stale, as it doesn't have a way to sync the latest data from Etsy after making changes in Etsy and publishing the listing from Etsy. The product still shows as Hidden status in Printify with the older data before changes were made in Etsy. Have you found a Printify Hidden status impacts anything in orders or fulfillment in Printify? Have you lost or accidentally overwritten any important changes in Etsy by going back and publishing from Printify later? Thank you for any insights from your experience.
Hi great video! One thing is I notice after I published the listing in esty the product status is showing hidden in printify. Should it automatically update as it is published on etsy? Thanks.
Thank you Heather. When selecting the option to only show in stock items in your listing, will an out-of-stock item variation automatically show again in your listing once is back in stock or do we need to do something manually?

Now that's a synchronisity. I was thinking about spark plugs just 2 days ago.😀❤

Same! Do you list Printify as a production parter?
this is the funniest training!!

I would love to see you do a video on creating a photo card.
Hi Heather, I didn't see what you did for the Product Description here. Do you not edit that as well for SEO? Thanks! Great videos!

This is the funnest training…
Yes, we need training on how to create print review photo cards!

You are AWESOME!!! TY
You mentioned using 3-5 color variations for mugs … is that also a smart way to do with T-Shirts?
Do you recommend always setting our details with US funds even if we're in Canada. And should we always use a Canadian printer if we're in Canada?
This is the funnest training…😊
Thank you Heather. When selecting the option to only show in stock items in your listing, will an out-of-stock item variation automatically show again in your listing once is back in stock or do we need to do something manually?
