Not Basil Pesto, Lemony Sorrel makes this delicate, Perfect Summer Side especially for seafood

Pesto of any kind is perfect for summer, and pesto doesn't;t just have to be made with basil. This light lemony version made with sorrel is perfect with anything seafood in mu opinion. Put a piece of fish in the grill, don't f--k it up and put some of this delicate sorrel pesto along side. Mangia!

1/2c pine nuts
6oz sorrel
1/2 lemon
4oz Parmigiano Reggiano
1/4c evoo
