Just the start had me excited for those leaves. The look at that pile of leaves and think how great of an ingredient in a compost pile that would make. One of my gardening groups several years ago had an informal contest encouraging everyone to get as many bags of leaves as they could. This would fill my entire fenced in garden area all the way up the five foot fence. You had a whole army working on that. Well done and such a beautiful property.
The coordination of the guys is just awesome. Here in Germany a single person runs around, blows leaves in the wind which ends up with 80% of the leaves in my garden Before the cleaning van arrives. 🙄

I had a feeling Kevin what is your number one man. He looks like he's thinking when he's working, where the other guys just dive in head first. He also knows how to turn the blower off. A valuable skill when it comes time to rake. I've had guys work for me where the only way I could get them to turn the blower off was to ration their fuel.

Hey, I live in Brazil, we don't have this kind of issue in the fall season, but I always wondered if you reuse those leafs to, Idk, make a brick of natural charcoal, something to combust on the next season... Or even better - hand made something...
Buddy has a large, terraced yard back to front. Five guys showed up, two blowing in the back pushing leaves to the gate and two more beyond the gate blowing down onto the front lawn and driveway. One other guy had a lawn tractor with a makeshift wood plow on it pushing all of the leaves into a massive pile behind the truck with the vacuum. they were done in about three hours.
As the owner of the company, he can call it whatever he chooses. I notice Blake is wearing the shirt and isn't requiring his employees to do the same. Good for you, Blake. If you want to show your faith though the name of your business, why not? It doesn't force anyone to hire you, but holds you to a higher standard! Good for you, Blake!! 💯 👏👍👍

I still don’t understand why you don’t have at least one or two turbo fan blowers like Toro or Hurricane. You cut down some of your bulk leaf moving by a lot. IE…Spencer Lawn Care 😅
Does the truck vacuum shred the leaves or just vacuum them up? And are there any types of leaves that compost better than others as I’ve heard that oak leaves take many years to break down

That’s what we use it for. If it has a lot of pine needles we use it for erosion control.

Mainly vacuum but when dry it shreds decently
