Another informative video. I've had a couple of probes snap on my dolphin 2. Pretty sure I've narrowed it down to me not checking original key was clean. We live and learn, hopefully 😉
Why cut a key, if you dont know what its for. It I get a job and they ask me to cut a key and they dont know the car its for I dont cut it for them. Boyfriends/girlfriends/ stalkers.....As a Locksmith your held to a higher standard I would think... Plus you cannot even test that key.....
This key is for the car in Philippines (my parents car) I made a duplicate key because it’s about to fall apart . I could have make it as vvdi flip key but they didn’t want that. So I just make an aftermarket flip key (Amazon) and transfer the fob from the original. They aren’t very picky . Yes , you are right. As locksmith, we must ask for proof of ownership. I don’t think I needed to explain all that in this video. I was just showing how was the “universal duplication “ process was done to this particular machine
