I am actually in this song, and it’s nice to look back on this to see if I’m still able to play a diamond waltz for Waverley at the same speed as I was two years ago
A well put together video of Waverley and the band. Only a paddler could make a beautiful wake like that !
Excellent compilation - loved it! 👍
This whole package is beautiful, from the music, to the romance of the era to the ship itself. I shall most certainly be playing this on my Folk Show on Big Ear Radio!
Stunning 🥰
Superb!
Nice wee tune & nice to see some Helensburgh trad musicians involved. Hope the pier ever gets fixed so the Waverley can return here
Great stuff - can't wait to see Waverley in Wessex waters again!
Excellent!
Fantastic, very moving, well done Ross and friends.
We did it yesterday fantastic
Such a beautiful ship and such a beautiful country. Why would you not want to spend a day out of your three score and ten on one of those cruises?
Please watch the video and click subscribe as it raises money for the charity that keeps the Waverley afloat.
00:57 Good stuff, keep it up
Odd that Ayr features in the video ...are they hinting at something for next year
Is the music at the end a rendition of "the waverley polka" by the clydesiders?
