I would love it if you would do a couple of reps where you do hold onto the foot bar during the splits so that I can see what that looks like. Unfortunately, the first time I tried this move on a different video, I lost my balance and fell off the reformer...nasty head wound. But it is a great exercise and I'd like to see what it looks like if it's done holding on. Thanks so much!

Hi Alex, which foam roller do you suggest? I mean which density and dimensions? I don’t have one but I’ll get it.
@@Jasmine-Y-Y-Y 36” I personally like the firm ones, but people don’t love them because they don’t feel great to lay down on. I have links in the description for foam rollers I recommend with different density.

Does anyone know someone who is around 5’11 who uses this reformer? I am contemplating buying this exact reformer but I’m worried that my height is going to cause problems. Guessing jump board is off the table but wondering if general movements are also going to be weird.
