- This 35 minute reformer class is a full body workout with no props. Alex will take you through a lot of unilateral work on the reformer so you can work both side evenly.

I watched your session after teaching 5 classes. Now I want to bring all of these moves to my students. However, tomorrow, I need to practice it and again two more times before teaching it. Bridging on one red??? Wow! I've never done it myself and haven't taught it with one red spring either.

How do I become a member for access to all classes?
On a real computer it’ll show up. Not your phone.
If you have a laptop or a home computer, it will show up on there but not sure cell phone or your iPad. Hope this helps.❤❤
